Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — credit card bemina branch | |||
Dear concern, I am an a/c holder of your bank under a/c number sb [protected]. I want to confirm/elobrate the payment which has been debited from my a/c on 08/05/2018 for credit card activation, i have been informed that my a/c will be debited by 600rs which includes annual fee and activation charges (300 each). But now unfortunately i came to know that 600rs is just c. Card activation charges. I fail to understand why different executive have different information. Bank should have 1 policy which needs to be applicable to each and every customer. I want add 1 more thing that my credit card has been received by bemina branch on 16/04/2018 and today i have received the card because of extreme poor service, whenever i had visited the branch they were having a bundle of excuses to avoid customer service. My credit card's pin is yet to receive and as per them it will take more 10 days. The women who is the concern person at branch is not having a banker ethics.. She is behaving like she is the chairman and we are begging in front of her. Kindly resolve the same asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
