Sir It is very embarrassing moment for me to explain carelessness of bank officials of j&k bank khag budgam as i had approached them for internet banking at least a year ago but they haven't provided me with the same in spite of the regular customer of said bank. So i request the officials to counter the situation in the time so that i could not left the bank customer-ship... I hope a serious action will be taken against the officials of the said branch... Even after the jk bank guideline for availing the service to the customer upto 6pm jk bank khansahib closes before 2pm and the employees rudely behave with the customers and pulling them by their clothes to through them out of the bank branch
