Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — Money not refunded and the customer support doesn't reply or have any legit contact

Hello,
Recently i had ordered from paytm and returned the product. They initiated refund of 3499/- it's been more than 21 days i haven't received the refund and paytm said we have already processed. When i tried to contact back customer support. None of their phone numbers work all are dead and they don't even have an email id.
I want to complaint against there negligent customer support and not solving my issue. It's the worse bank in the country.
