Esteemed sir,
I just purchased a new smart phone. I inserted my sim card which is registered with the bank under account number _. I was having good experience with mpay, but unfortunately since i installed mpay in my new phone, it is not working. The response message i receive all the time is 'your transaction timed out'. Now i request your good self that kindly provide me the necessary procedure so that i may resume my best ever experience with the app and bank conveniently.
