I have still not received my refund for a failed transaction on 12.10.2019. It’s been more than 60 days of submission of complaint and form of grievance.
I want the bank to look into my matter immediately and respond promptly! It’s extremely unprofessional from their end to let their customers suffer like this.
I have already emailed my bank branch the form with transaction id and vendor’s name. I fail to understand what is taking them so long to resolve this issue.
