Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — Not issuing cheque book to my saving bank ac n not giving facility of sms alert r net banking even after submitting form for that

Sir/mam i am custumer of jk bank branch sumbal .i submitted my firm for sms alert before twenty days but the result is zero and net banking is also not on my a/c no 143256, also the manager is not issuing cheque book for my saving a/c . Plz help me out of this.
