Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — refund of money due to transaction failed

I want to inform you as yesterday i made a transaction for the booking of e-ticket using debit card but unfortunately the amount rupees 845 has been deducted from my account and the ticket has been booked. My details are as under :
Irctc :transaction id : [protected]
Dated :[protected] time : 12.21 pm

I now request your goods self kindly re credit the amount back-to my account as the account is as : [protected]

Sir, my problem is that the application j &k bank mpay is not working since January 2019 because of the Atm card which I used was out of limit .Now when I replaced it with new one even though my mpay is not working it's showing transaction times out directly instead of account profile. So plz help me.

Sir today i transfer the money to other account and than my is not transfer to that account but my money is deducted from my account rs5000 I humble request to refund my money.
So please help me.
