Sir, actually I syed Aijaz Bukhari s/o syed BASHIR BUKHARI resident of Kreeri approach Jkbank Kreeri for laptop finance before 1month I, e 15 October 2020 at that time advance manager told me that we can't give you finance as this time we are busy with closing, then I approach again for laptop finance on 20 November and the advance manager told me that i can't give you finance for laptop, and behaved rudely with me again and he told me go out from my cabin, when I requested him to talk to my father on phone because he is on covid 19 duty he said tell your father come here covid duty is not must, latter i approached branch manager he respected me like customer, my only advice is to only change the advance section manager immidiatly this type of employees can ruin the image of Jkbank which is most reputed institution of J and k, at last we are very thankful to you that you have given us very great personality as branch manager, kindly punish the advance manager so he can't behave this type with another customer, please reply me as soon as possible.
