I spoke to a representative called ubaid altaf wani. It’s was a painful experience. He was not helpful at all. Every bank representative cross verify the details & then provide us the information but he was in his own world. Detailing with your bank is always a challenge, improve your services & tell that person to be nice to the customers. Your people makes a simply enquir into a big complain. Give that representative of yours better training customer management training. Your representative talks like there are giving us any favours.. Was this information helpful? | |||
