I have tried to book multiple tickets for JK Cable Car ride on 17th march and cash was debited from account but not yet refunded.

Any progress on your case . I am also facing similar issue
Booked 3 tickets on 6th apr and same issue. got success from bank but failed on website. Tried to call support number, no one answering call. sent email to their email ID and waiting for response.

This is really bad website management, why these issues are not being handled.
I too have same problem with me. Nobody responds to call or emails.
Please let me know if anybody gets answer from them.
I got email today from PayU that "refund received from J K STATE CABLE CAR CORPORATION LTD back in your account."
Yet to credit to account..but i guess it should be fine now.

Can you please post the mail id here.
Called credit card bank to initiate refund, now I received refund. Got automated email.
Also, I have booked tickets now.
@Sadhya - when did you book tickets..call your bank. May be, PayU will automatically return refund.
