I registered myself in this website for education loan through CSIS scheme but bank asked me to apply through vidyalakshmi portal in order to avail any education loan.
But one can't apply for education loan from vidyalakshmi if already registered on jansamarth.
Now, I'm not getting education loan from either of the portal.
I tried to contact the helpdesk number and email but received no response even after multiple attempts.
I belong from a financially weak family, I need an education loan in order to complete my studies.
Kindly take an action to help me out and either close or reject my application and unregister me from website, so that I can avail an education loan through vidyalakshmi portal.
