Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the Jan Samarth Portal. Previously, I was able to view the education loan scheme required to apply for the interest subsidy. However, it is no longer visible on the portal.
My bank (SBI) is requesting the Jan Samarth education loan form to process the subsidy. Without this, I am being asked to submit a declaration stating that I do not wish to avail the subsidy — something I cannot afford to miss.
I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this issue, as it directly impacts my ability to receive the benefit.
