Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the Jan Samarth Portal. Previously, I was able to view the education loan scheme required to apply for the interest subsidy. However, it is no longer visible on the portal.
My bank (SBI) is requesting the Jan Samarth education loan form to process the subsidy. Without this, I am being asked to submit a declaration stating that I do not wish to avail...

I registered myself in this website for education loan through CSIS scheme but bank asked me to apply through vidyalakshmi portal in order to avail any education loan.
But one can't apply for education loan from vidyalakshmi if already registered on jansamarth.
Now, I'm not getting education loan from either of the portal.
I tried to contact the helpdesk number and email but received no response even after multiple...
