I'm strongly dissatisfied with the poor service experience I have received from edapplly, kochi service center. Despite multiple attempts to get updates and assistance, the service advisors have been completely unresponsive and unprofessional.
I've tried my best to submit my motorcycle for service/repair several times . and have repeatedly tried to contact the service advisor for status updates, but my calls and messages have gone unanswered. There has been no proper communication, no clarity on the work progress, and no commitment to the promised delivery timeline.
This lack of customer support and accountability is extremely disappointing, especially from a reputed brand like Jawa Yezdi. I expect a higher standard of service and professionalism from your company and its representatives.
