I'm strongly dissatisfied with the poor service experience I have received from edapplly, kochi service center. Despite multiple attempts to get updates and assistance, the service advisors have been completely unresponsive and unprofessional.

I had an issue with my jawa 42 recently. They told me that issue is because the bike has been fallen. However my bike didn't fall and I told the same to them but they refused and shouted at me. I repeatedly told them there might be other reason please check, but again and again they shouted and abused me infront of everyone. After 1 hour of argument they opened side box of the bike and told the issue is because of wire cut by rats. Instead of so much argument and rude behavior if they checked it prior it would be a smooth conversation, but they didn't do that. They asked me to come later to pick the bike.
So I have raised complaint to the Jawa customer care for their rude behaviour . Now Jawa service center Rajahmundry staff had a grudge on me for complaining, so when I went to service center to pick my bike they told me that entire electric system got damaged and asked me to pay 12000rs for repair which was not there earlier.
Now I have to go to another authorized service center which is 95kms away from my place to get my bike repaired, as I cannot repair it now at this Rajahmundry service center because of their behavior.
Kindly look into this issue and needful.
This should not happen with any other customer.

I have Jawa 42, I have been using it from past 3 years in mysore. One of the worst service center ever. After the service of my bike i got one small issue on bike idling notified the same issue and submitted my bike they took 1 week to check that issue and they told it is resolved again after coming bike i had the same issue i have given my bike last week till now they have not resolved this issue and not providing proper details....

I am Jawa 42 user.i purchased Jawa 42 From Bokaro Steel City and it's service centre is situated in Dhanbad (Satnam Inc).I found that Satnam service centre not opening regularly.Whenever I go the service center is always closed.Even the service center is not able to catch the problem of my bike. My bike stops anywhere while moving.Suddenly the engine check light comes on. The battery starts running low. Suddenly the cooling fan stops working...

Sir we are got mentally harassment from jawa bike senior from past 2 month. we have booked jawa bober bike with token ammount but instead of delivering on time this people are making fun of customer by giving non- sense reason.. especially the jawa branch located in VASAI ( palghar ) Mr. adbul is branch manager and he is took the money and time from us and he is not delivering our bike. and he is very rude to talk he is very very arrogant to speak and because of his own behaviour this brach already lost so many customers care if you don't believe u can check on Google page of jawa - vasai branch and you people may lose many customers and there faith in buying jawa bike if you people kept this guy in your store. i will take this matter legally and on social platform as Twitter and on Facebook also. This guy ( mr. abdul ) has no respect for there customer i will make sure no one will buy jawa bike specially from this branch.

I taken a bike from Andheri Jawa showroom, and he given commitment deliver in 10 days but in 40 days he not deliver and after 40 days diver to me and then he given commitment to me given Registration n0 in 4 days but 30 days go he not given no of my bike, he said helmet given 7 days but till days not given helmet, so beginning and he always speak lie, he hrassed me and not pick my phone

Hi Jawa phoenix from Adyar Chennai, refund my 5000 rs which is requested on march 4th 2022 directly in show room and as per request I have shared bill copy through e-mail. After that am sending a lot of emails and phone calls and non of getting replied . What a service you are provoiding, just bunch of frauds sitting and cheating customers. Few days ago I go to jawa showroom pathankot to resolve my fan problem. and they repair it but after repair there is another problem comming out that is battery problem. they suggest me to left the vechile there and I left vechile there and again after few days they call me again to tale bike I started bike and return back to home but again the same problem is there. In between these days I spent a day there and feel like they used my bike as a testing vechile and they almost replace every part, my wuery here is if you dont have enginner's to resolve the problem why you given these bikes to freshers to resolve such kind of problems. my next step would be taking a legal action against it please have a look into it, here are my contact details [protected]

Dear sir/Ma'am,

I have booked my Jawa bike with dealer (Dev Autotech), I submitted Booking amount and received a receipt after few days Salesman asked me More amount to get bike as soon as possible.

here the dates and details below

6th april 2021: 5000 rupees (Booking amount)

14th april 2021: 67000 rupees (extra amount)

on 16th April 2021 Dealer says, We don't have your money so we can't provide you the Bike.

Now the dealer saying salesman was fraud and we haven't received any amount from your side.

they are denying to repay my amount that I have submitted.

Please help me and I just want my money back only.

I want to cancel my jawa classic maroon color dual abs as I have taken delivery last 10 days ago but due to medical emergency i have to cancel by jawa classic

As passing of my bike is not yet done and invoice also not done due to mismatch of chasis number.

So I have visited to jawa showroom of chinchwad pune but they are telling now it won't be cancelled

I have already submitted request for cancellation of auto loan to IDFC BANK CHINCHWAD BRANCH

This is to inform you that the jawa 42 that i bought from the Hyderabad (raniganj)JAWA showroom is troubling me to the next level.
it is absolutely shameful on the part of the company as the bike battery has no replacement because of its size .
the battery doesn't work properly, gets stalled the bike during run as well, the condition is so bad that even if you don't start it for a period of 3 days it will not be starting in the near future,
added to all this, there is no side kick provided with the model, we cant even push it when it stalls at one place with no movement in the tyre as engine ceases, all this adds up to a disastrous mistake that i have done by buying a product from jawa.

I made a booking through the website www.jawamotorcycles.com on the 17th of November 2018. And paid a booking sum of Rs 5000 towards the booking of a jawa maroon color motorcycle.
My complaint is that I have never received a confirmatory email even from the for mentioned manufacturer. I tried calling there manufacturer multiple times to re - confirm my email id that I used to book the same, but they keep saying they can't check from there. I have the booking id with the screen shot from there website. I wish to cancel the booking and get back my amount but since I am unable to log into the account(have forgotten the email used) I can't open and do the cancellation.
Have send many mails to [protected]@jawamotorcycles.com but they giving vague replies. It's very unfortunate that someone is soo irresponsible and taking customers for granted by not helping us retrieve the booking details which is a shame
