I am Jawa 42 user.i purchased Jawa 42 From Bokaro Steel City and it's service centre is situated in Dhanbad (Satnam Inc).I found that Satnam service centre not opening regularly.Whenever I go the service center is always closed.Even the service center is not able to catch the problem of my bike. My bike stops anywhere while moving.Suddenly the engine check light comes on. The battery starts running low. Suddenly the cooling fan stops working and suddenly the bike starts overheating.Now I want to ask Jawa company that where should I take all these problems of my bike as it is either Dhanbad or Bokaro, the service centers of both the places are always closed.I want solution.I have invested money and Jawa company has promised better service. So should I consider Jawa as a fraud?take action as soon as possible.otherwise I will raise Twitter complaint.
