Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad [Jntuh] — didn't receive convocation

Hi sir,
I'm peyala sai laxmi 2015 passed out student on jntuh.
I have applied for pre-convocation in feb 2nd 2017 and payed 3000/-. Transaction id : 21188646. But till now i haven't received my convocation. I need my convocation as early as possible as i need to submit in my organisation. I tried to contact via helpline numbers but no one are picking calls.
Please give me details of my convocation and when can i receive it? Or have you posted my convocation or not?
