Hello maruthi,
Iam satish taken maruthi shift from varun motors in year 2017 with registration number ts08fq8962 has given for 3rd service in jayabheri automotives,
Hitec city, hyderabad on 11 dec 2019 and paid rupees 1980 after gear oil was replaced but the oil seal cap was not properly tightened. I was out station
2 weeks and when i have planned to go to office on 28 dec 2018 i have noticed oil drops were dropping from engine to floor.
I called my brother and narrated the problem and he told to contact automobile mechanic and in this regard i contacted keshav motors, kphb. When he
Removed the dashboard bonnet below is the case.
1-entire engine oil was spill over the bonnet and not even single drop of oil was there in engine oil container.
He told engine oil if not filled in the container would cease the maruthi engine and they has replaced the oil and oil cap washed the bonnet and gave me
Bill of ruppes 1930.
This is the return we as customer are getting for the trust we have laid on maruthi authorized dealer.
2- i have called jayabheri customer care and told that i will raise the complaint with maruthi for the negligence they have shown to customer for the trust
We has on maruthi. They has misleaded me saying they will check by taking the veichle and delivered it in evening with no value addition. I have send
The bill i paid for keshav motors of rupeees 1930 asking for that amount to be reembursed.
3- jaybheri manager kept an email saying some discount will be provided instead of reembursing the amount.
4-my only question to maruthi is, is it the service we get from maruthi for the belief we have in giving our veichle for service to maruthi authorised dealer.
1- amount spend for 3rd service was sum 3910 for the same engine oil replacement twice.
2) engine would have ceased for the negligence of jayabheri automotives. Who will take that responsibility that this does not repeat.
3) i work in software firm and i could not go to office or keep leave as i had deliverables to be provided to client which i could not with the hovoc created.
I had to face escallation from my organisatoin client for the idiotic act of your authorised dealer.
5) what is the value addition your autorised dealer has provided for the carelessness of handling the customer veichle which could have ceased the engine of veichle
If i have not acted in right time.

    I have visited your jayabheri maruthi service centre maddilapalem visakhapatnam on 17.12.2019 at 10.15 am to fit my new tire which is replaced in warranty by your company.
    When i asked your employee he is telling that no one has come in wheel alignment section and advised me to go any near tyre shop for fitment
    I have been waiting here for one hour no one is responding.
    I am not at all happy with their treatment with customers
    It’s surprising no one has come in wheel alignment section even at 11 am in the morning

      Today i have a worest experience in your jayabheri, maddilapalem, visakhapatnam showroom.
      Today i dropped the vehicle at showroom on 10:30am.
      Again i get back to the show room today evening on 07:00pm.
      Still my car was not change the even position. No body responsible to take my car. Not only that some one is his name is mr. Suresh (Sales executive) using some un used words. Who is the responsible for above concern.

        We have purchased vehicle on exchange programme with maruthi true value and we have submitted the all documents except with cc and they have taken money and documents to get that cc of my old vehicle.

        Its been two months still registration is still pending due to non clearance of cc of my old vehicle and they are not providing the original docs to get the my new vehicle to be registered.

        Though we have given all docs and money still they are not providing the solution.

          I have purchased "swift zxi ags" (Blue) from jayabheri (Gachibowli) on 1/7/2019.
          Its been more than 1 month and i have still not recieved the invoice and extended warranty docs.
          Accessories are still pending.
          I already got the accessories fitted outside as the sales executive agreed to refund me the amount for pending accessories through cheque (Which i have not recieved).

          Our GM Mr Srinivas got in touch with the customer and our executive is on the way to meet customer along with his documents. The refund check will be processed by tomorrow latest.
          I have paid amount to renew car Ap35S0077 Insurance policy through phone pay to visakhapatnam maddilapalem branch 15 days back . Till today i have not received the policy .Kindly look into it
          Unable to start the car not sure about the exact problem
          Won't have proper commitment in sales.
          they simply commits the offers and charges a lot at the time of delivery.
          not having proper finance facility.
          by getting the advance then they start explaining the charges.
          we simply lose the satisfaction of new car.
          we struggle 2 months for clearing all documentation.

            Dear sir I have purchased a new Swift LXi vehicle before the purchase of vehicle the executive have done so much of calls and wishes so many times to purchase the car and committed means Omani accessories if you buy this car I will offer you some accessories but after purchasing but after purchasing the executive has given me some accessories and some are pending. Pending accessories are steering cover and teflon coating chassis paint. While the time of billing he said that we don't have the stock of steering cover and he told that he had done chassis paint after few days he told that he will do the chassis paint if you come to the showroom. Before purchasing he visited me so many times for purchase of car but now he is telling to come to me to the showroom. It is him prime responsibility of the executive to come and take the car and give pending accessories and complete the pending accessories and chassis paint. While the time of purchase has told that his face is done but now he is bluffing me he is telling that he will do the second coating.
            I need you to contact with the sales executive and tell him to come to my house and take the car and complete the chassis paint and give pending accessories. Sales executive name is nookaRaju and working in jayaberi maddelipalem.

              Dear sir/madam,
              I would like to bring to your kind notice that reg. The poor service of my vehicle at kurmannapalem jayabheri.

              I had given my vehicle in the month of feb-2019 for service and repairs. This is through 3rd part of ald automotive. After completion of job, vehicle had delivered to me. After delivery i found that some of the jobs not properly done (Break, gear sound, clutch not functioning smoothly)
              Again i had given the vehicle for same complaint for rectification. During that your service executive stating that these jobs done 2 months back, now you have to pay the money. I have refused to pay and he accepted and taken the vehicle for rectification. Very next day during traveling the vehicle break noise observed the breaking system is not working properly. Based on that iam assuming that he may not completed the job properly. This is very poor customer satisfaction level.
              Please investigate at your end and let me know the feedback

                I k yashwanth bought ciaz alpha model car at jayabheri automotives pvt ltd gachibowli, hyderabad on 29/09/2017. I went to kurnool rto for vehicle registration but they informed me that the said model is not reflecting in their website so adviced me to contact the dealer. I have contacted with jayaberi employee of concerned department but she since from oct 2017 prolonging the issue but haven't solved the the problem. Instead she adviced me to register car on another model i. E old version vdi r something else. I just wanna register ad ciaz alpha itself and said the same. They simply said we cant do its the only option for you do as we say. Its been 4 months since i bought the car and for tr isurance is only for one month and due to unregisterd vehicle im not daring to use vehicle. Meanwhile if any damage happens to my vehicle i cant even claim insurance its a big issue and as a prestigious brand its not fair to do so. Plz take action against your dealer and try to solve problem as soon as possible.

                  I joined in driving school on 04/08/17 in jayabheri automotives pvt ltd. I had complet theri & simulator classes. After that their response is very very worst. Poor response from jayabheri automotive i have paid complete fee for driving school but i am not getting the proper training and information. From the last ten days i'm not getting any call from them. Kindly refund my fee amount rs. 4700/- otherwise i will proceed further.

So far i never used Stephanie. An used Stephanie was fitted, by service centre by stealing new sealed stephanie. .Do needful.

                    Today I have an appointment for mailage check of my in Jayabheri automobile, Maddilapalem, Visakhapatnam. I reached Jayabheri automobile by 11 : 45 a.m. I met Mr.Suresh Varma regarding mailage check. By 12:30 p.m. One service advisor attended my complaint. It took about one hour to install mailage check equipment. After test drive I came know that the mailage check equipment is not in working condition. This is the service by Jayabheri automobile, Maddilapalem, Visakhapatnam. It took 2 and half hours. Simply the killed my time .
