I had made the payment to the builder and was guaranteed of project delivery on time. Now, the project is 5 years delayed. What should i do to get my money back? What is the legal process?

50% money paid in feb 19
Apr 26th is the completion date
Till march end - nothing happened

No one responds properly
Not ready for penalties
Not ready to refund money

I dont know why they keep signing up with customers.
Output is not that great. Pretty ordinary company. I strongly recommend people not to sign up with mygubbi. They should ideally close the company for this incapacity to deliver things. 100% cheating.
For last 2 weeks, they are still deciding whether they should refund my money or give penalty for all the delays. That means, they have no intention to pay single rupee.

Please give me my money. You are very big person in this society, but i'm not such a big person like you, i'm very poor person. Im asking my money only. When some holding you money, your asking immediately, please give same priority to my money as well. For me 85k is very very big amount. Please don't explain me again the same we given bribe to government employee for your registration. I can't accept it. I have sent mail to you many time but no response. Please return my money please please.. I'll give my association amount on the spot when you return my money. I don't know the way' how to get money from you. Please sort it out my issue.

Im getting very very bad service from jaypee developer. When i ask my balance money around 85k, your finance team relies as 85k is for bribe for registration. When i register my house without changing the actual value, why i should give bribe money. Even you didn't inform when came to buy a home with you. If anyone has to give money to developer, they will ask immediately to pay. But if i'm asking my money past one year no response from you and worst response from your employees. Please guide your employees, how to behave with customers, they are very rude after no receive all pending payment from customer. Seriously i'm not happy with your service. Kindly sort out my issue.

I had submitted all documents for refund 1.5 yrs back after waiting 3 yrs when no construction started and they offered to transfer amount to other project so i had submitted transfer documents also to transfer amount from studio to kosmos 2 months back but no action till today and no commitments.

Same case... I also have a unit in jp spots city, yamaha express way in buddha circuit studio. No response from builder.
No construction is on at site. No one jp office is responding over phone or mail. I have visited in person, they told that project is scrapped. But no revert on the matter of refund. I had booked studio apartment on[protected]. Since there was no work and heard this project no more in progress. I have been asking for my booking amount refund but company not responding to my requests. Is there any form or association fighting against jp in studio booking case? My no is [protected]. I have also booked a studio apartment in 2013 but even after taking 40% of the money in the company does not start the project and now even after 4 years they had kept all buyers hard earned money. I want refund of my money but now news is coming that jaypee group is bankrupt now. Please guide how to take refund from such a fraudulent company and can we file a legal case against them.

Team .. I booked the budh circuit city studio 725 sq.ft. in 2013. As no work was started and Jaypee informed that to put a cancellation request to get the principle amount back with 12% on interest.
The cancellation request was also raise on march 2017 but till date I have not received anything. still awaiting response from Jaypee on this.
Looking forward to get my hard earned money back ASAP

We would like to inform that we have booked the following apartments in tower-1, buddha circuit studio - ii, jaypee greens sports city-east in the year 2013.in this regard we have already paid 40% amount for the above property but time has been crossed more than three years & nothing has been done till august 2016 & no information received. But after visiting their office on 26 august 2016 by us they informed that they were not going to start this project due to fund problem & project was cancelled. They asked to apply for refund of my amount & we submitted the application accordingly on 26 august 2016.in response to this, jaypee send email to us that the full amount will be refunded with 12% interest within span of eight to nine months after approval from management. But they informed on 12th january 2017 the first cheque of rs.1 lac of each will be issued in the month of february/march 2017.in this regard we have not received any information as on date.
We both are senior citizen & we put our all savings through hard earned money in this property & at present we are helpless.
At present i am heart patient & no source of any income, even not having any pension. So at present we badly need of money for survive.

I have booked unit no bs006b1401 in budh circuit studios. However the construction has stopped for three years now, and i have witnessed the same on visiting the site. On interacting personally with site office persons and also noida office i am only getting contradicting replies about problem with l&t, no agency is able to provide any convincing reply and the fate of the project is hanging, involving hard earned money of many people like me. It is indeed an alarming situation and surprising that a reputed firm like jaypee group has never even bothered to inform its customers about a project which have faced a road block, not even by an email, and we, the aggrieved party have to repeatedly coax your office for the update, which, even provided is wrong.

I have submitted my papers of my unit in jaypee sports city. I was promised that my refund would be initiated in april.. Ie 2 months after submitting my documents. Now i've been told that the company doesn't have the funds and so cannot refund me my money until they have. After repeated mails this is the reply i got..."greetings of the day!

This is in reference to your mail herein below, we would like to inform you that as soon as funds will get released, same shall be inform to you."

The project has been shelved for which i have paid four instalments in 2013 amounting to approx. Eight lacs rupees. On approaching the builder for refund
The builder is seeking surrender of original documents like pal, payment receipts etc. To initiate refund.
Is it advisable to surrender original documents.

What is the course of action advised for prompt refund.

I am a senior citizen.

I have given a refund application for BS206C0203 on 12 FEB 2016, still waiting for my refund and apart from it there is no reply of my mails and phone calls.i am shocked and surprised about your promise to refund my full money,
if i do not get the reply and refund of my money i will go for legal process.
please try to understand it is my life earnings

please tell me the status and refund my full money.

I booked flats in Buddha circuit studio I on April 2013 and visited their office many times but no one communicated from Jaypee. We were supposed to get the flat by 2016 but the construction is not yet started. No one gives any info and we are not getting any refund as well. My hard earned money is stuck with them from past 5 years. Please help in getting our money.

I have booked 725 square feet unit B202B1002 in Buddha circuit studio II in name of bhawna Sharma in May 2013 . Inr 10 lacs paid till 2013 with almost no construction updates till date . As per builder, possession was promised within 36 months, but unfortunately I visited the construction site last month and it's just a piece of land with no construction whatsoever . upon visiting jaypee office in sec 128, I was given to understand that project is called off . Please advise how do I claim money paid till date since I have already paid inr 10 lacs as per the payment plan and there is nothing left in the project .

I had booked the studio apartment in 2013 and i went to the site, there is no construction and the company is refusing to give any refund. Kindly let me know if there is any group who have filed a collective complaint against them. I would also like to be a part of that group to get my hard earned money back as it's been 3 years i have wasted my money with this group and now there seems to be no way out except to file a complaint against them.

I even called multiple times in the last year to track the progress and have always received false hopes from customer care. They kept saying that the construction is about to commence.

I came to know recently that the project will not progress further and that people are trying to get their money back. When I approached them for the same, I came to know that they will take a couple of months to approve the refund application and then start giving refund after 1 full year and that too in installments. Whoever told them that people trust them enough to believe the crap they are talking now. Besides, as per a clause the earnest money will not be refunded. Whereas the company representative told me that they will. There is a major discrepancy in whatever they are saying and seems like filing a case should be the best option.

If there is a group case being filed, I would like to be a part of. But what is the best way to identify a good lawyer who has a successful track record of fighting and winning similar cases? Fellow members, I seek your help!
