Respected sir/ma'm
I would like to draw your kind attention to above mentioned subject,

I wanted to bring it to your notice mr. Dalal from hounse no. A-219 at chattarpur enclave, phase - i, maidangarhi road behind vrinda play school is constructing 5 floors and their balconies is quite wide,
Such construction is in greed of more rent and money, without thinking about other safeties as behind this there is a kid school and it is threat for everyone. Immediately you should stop and demolish it.

Please keep my identity unknown as this owner of this building is local goon and can hurt me. As he is very abusive and corrupt government official.

    Beware hm indigo/world city

    I am an owner in nimbus block of hm world city.

    Let me state some facts


    Hm world city/hm indigo is in a quite location away and has spacious flats. The prices are low, much lower than guidance values. Builder will promise host of amenities promised along with celebrity features. Please see how many amenities are provided in reality

    Builder harassment

    On 24-Oct-2013, the builder unilaterally decided to cut off water supply to 290 odd residents living in the community HM Symphony off Sarjapur Road. There has been a long pending dispute between residents and the builder especially wrt Maintenance and project deviations. The builder continues to show no transparency in the accounts incurred to maintain and continues to provide sub standard services. The residents are fighting a petition filed...

    Respected sir,

    I purchased a ready to move in apartment in HM Symphony from HM group at Kasavanahalli, Bangalore late last year.(sept 2011).
    After registration, When I approached BBMP to pay off Propert tax, I came to know that HM group/developer has not paid the tax for my apart since 2010. Total accumulative dues are now around 20k.
    Due to which I am unable to pay property tax. I followed up with HM group several times but HM group has been issueing false promises, but failed to clear the dues yet.

    Kindly note my complaint and take necessory action.

      I had booked a flat at HM Symphony. After years of delay finally it was ready for registration. But to my surprise they have raised a structure (sort of arch) in front of the entrance of my building and it is right in front of my 3rd floor balcony! In the name of beautifying the building they have created a problem for me. The view gets blocked. In course of time that structure will accumulate dirt and dust and they will get into my flat with wind. They are very unprofessional in their approach. I sent a complaint to them some 2 weeks ago and I am yet to get any response!

      At HM World City, the title and all transactions are clear. HM had given final SOA, with detailed statement on what is paid. This has really helped owners, while few of the mandatory process were getting settled, on what is paid and what is extra. Eg: Cauvery water connection charges, Khata charges, Property tax, Car parking so on.

      Though HM World city is one of the largest projects, with over 1000 flats, the staff had been patience and helpful in going through records

      Since 2017, there are remarkable visible changes and any difference are mutually discussed in a friendly environment and settled
      The details in sales doc are pretty clear, covering all aspects, which can be cross refereed even after 10 years

      it is worth buying at HM World city, as community and surrounding are friendly and comfortable to live in

        Refusal to refund of money paid

        we had booked for flat in HM Worldcity phase -II in Feb -2007 after visiting the site and seeing the construction in progress in phase-1.

        Thereafter we made the advance payment and the initial three instalments for the progressive construction and for the sale & construction agreements, a sum of over over Rs 20 lakhs( 40% of the total cost) by March 2007. As per the agreement, the flat was to be handed over by July 2008....

        HM symphony frauds , cheated me

        Hi, i am santhanakrishnan, 3 years back i booked a appartment in hm symphony sarjapur road, since i paid my entire amount and, promised posession date is over 1 year back, still there is no idea abt posession and there is no work progress, after repeated calls ans mails to their customer care executives and marketing manager / directors, there is no response, instead of positive response they thritten me that, i[censored] make problem we will not...
