Jaypee Group — Delayed possession of flat by more than 3 years.

We booked a flat in JP Kosmos (Unit KM67) on Oct 20, 2010 and we were promised that we will get the hand over of the unit in 36 months. Now its been close to 2 years above the deadline we are still not sure as to when we will get the possession of the flat. Speed of the construction is also very slow sighting it seems that we will not get the possession in next 1 year also. Being a service class man it is getting very difficult for me to make the ends meet in my daily life with the limited amount of earnings. I live in a rented apartment with my family and my family is dependent on me. Due to financial crises some times the option of sucide aso crosses my mind. In case any event happens in future then only Jaypee Green should be held responsible for this happening should be made accountable for giving false deadlines to it customers and booked under law. I will be highly grate full to you if you can force the Jaypee group to speed up there construction and hand over the flat as soon as possible.
