I bought the JBL ear pods in June and all of a sudden in August it stopped working. I have been trying to get this replaced as it's in guarantee and warranty period. I have spoken to so many specialists at JBL and even manager named Balraj. None of them have helped me. I have been following up since August and none of them even called back after I was promised a call back. Each time I call I have been placed on hold for more than 30 minutes and no one helps. I have spent a lot of money on the product and I want this replaced. Please look into this at the earliest. Dissatisfied customer.

This is what they needed and I sent the pictures with damaged product and invoice copy but no response about my replacement yet.

We request you to follow the below instructions for replacement of the product:

1. Please Destroy/Cut your Earphone/Headphone.
2. Reply to this message with only 1 image of the cut product only and one image of invoice.
3. Images size (attachment) should be in picture format.
4. Upon receiving & reviewing the images we will register the complaint in 48 working hours & complaint number would be shared on your registered number by SMS/WhatsApp.
4. After the complaint is registered, you will receive the replacement in 10 days(Tracking details will be shared via SMS)
5. Please note that you don't need not to call us after sharing the images, we will contact you in case if we need any additional information
