I had ordered a Bluetooth earphone from JBL India official website, on 24th September 2020 priced at 4199 Rs They delivered the wrong product and when asked to replace the product, they have kept asking for extension from the past one month and they are not willing to cancel or refund the amount, they just keep asking for extension.
