Jbl Harman — JBL car charger | |||||
This is Sandeep from Hyderabad and I have purchased a JBL car charger with dual port(white) from Amazon by name Padmaja on 12th June 2016, I had an issue with the charger where in as I connect my phone instead of getting charged my mobile's battery is getting discharged. I have raised this service issue with Amazon and they asked me to contact JBL customer care, Bangalore, I contacted them and they denied for service because the seller (KM Electronics, Hyderabad) is not an authorized JBL seller and asked me to contact Amazon customer care. As I contacted Amazon they said if i can get a service denial letter from authorized service center they would replace my product. I request you to verify the same and send me a service denial letter so that I can forward the same to Amazon and get my issue resolved. After this i called to jbl customer care to lodge a complaint for the product, and did forward the mail regarding the product and invoice copy along with photos of the product on 27 dec @ service.[protected]@sahilinternational.com, i was assured that i will be reverted with in 2 days, since then i have been waiting for any reply from jbl, i am hopeful that will be reverted ASAP Please do the needful.
