My Bluetooth speaker infuze 700. Frequently causing battery low issue with in 6 months of purchase. I thought it was a battery problem. But I find out it's the battery chip issue. When I plug in to the charger it just got to the full charge wit in minutes. And when I again power it on it again sounds powering off.
I didn't get any service centre near 200km radius. It's been a year now. Now I have complaint to customer care. They said they will pick and drop the device for service and charge for it. But issue was with many devices I have seen through out internet. Was this information helpful? |
