Infinity fuze 700
My Bluetooth speaker infuze 700. Frequently causing battery low issue with in 6 months of purchase. I thought it was a battery problem. But I find out it's the battery chip issue. When I plug in to the charger it just got to the full charge wit in minutes. And when I again power it on it again sounds powering off.
I didn't get any service centre near 200km radius. It's been a year now. Now I have complaint to customer care. They said they will pick and drop the device for service and charge for it. But issue was with many devices I have seen through out internet.

and item is not delivered yet I have made plenty of calls to your coustomer care but matter is still not solved it is very irritating. Even after so many requests I had never got a single update of my product via any means.
I hope that this time my problem will be solved otherwise with heavyhearted I have to go through cousmer court.
If my problem will be solved I will be very thankful to you.

and i purchased JBL 2.1 sound bar in 16/12/2020. only one week this item worked and its wireless subwoofer not working.. i registed a complaint in jbl authorized service centers .. after 3 months one guy came and said that sir u r sub woofer board compaint and he said its will come within 7 days . again i waited 2 moths.. but no one is responding.. u sped 24500 for this fake product ..
the thing is customer service guy saying that the jbl sound bar is not good product and u may purchese other company product ..

I'm complaining about my missing bluetooth speaker by JBL pick-up service
As im facing some problem with my JBL bluetooth speaker i call JBL customer service and after talking with JBL customer care they arrange a pick-up for my product and i submitted my speaker with box and charger... After some days pick-up service called me and said, ' service center return yo product as no return address mentioned so you have to take it back...i said okay and after that till now i didn't get my speaker back.. #trashJBLservice #banJBL

I purchased a JBL Bluetooth speaker. Flip 3 from Amazon on 17th May 2019 with a 2-year extended warranty. Within 3 months the product had some charging issues. So I decided to give this product to the JBL customer service center. JBL customer service center arranged the product pickup from their end. I packed the speaker with the bill. A guy came from the blue dart courier service to pick my product up.
I gave my speaker to him, and I called the service center that I gave it to courier services. They said good your product will be received in 10 to 15 days. I said okay, that's good.
After 20 days I called them because there were no mails & messages from the service center about my speaker. When I asked them where my speaker was, they were totally blank about my speaker. They don't know where my speaker is.
So I called blue dart courier service 5 times, and they said that the speaker had been reached to the destination address given by the JBL service center 3 days after the pickup.
Then I called the JBL service center. I told them what Blue dart courier service said to me. They asked to give us 1 month. We are investigating on this
I said okay.
Again, after 1.1/2 months I called the JBL service center. They were still blank. They didn't know where the product was and again asked me to give 1 more month time.
I said okay
After 1 month I called them, they still don't know where my product is. I lost my temper, I scolded them very badly
Then I started to call them every day, I scolded them every day—they are such a shameless. They listen as if there is no shame left in them.
I fought for 1 year for my product.
Then these gave me someone's used product which is not working, not even charging.
I matched the serial no. Which is totally different from my product.
I again call them and told them about this on 10th august 2020
I am still fighting to get my product back from the service center. It has been 7 months now, they still don't know where my speaker is.
If you don't know how to run your service center, then you should have told me
If I had given to a local repair shop within 2 days, I would have received my product instead of giving it to you.

Hi,
I had bought JBL FLIP 3 grey color on 2nd December. Submitted at Service Center on 4th December as it was not working.
Its been more than 3 months and Still the product is in repair under process status.
These 3 months I was provided inaccurate information from toll free helpline. I have lost all my patience waiting for the product for which I have paid the money.
I have been continuously escalating the issue since last 2 months. Please provide refund and provide a replacement product if you are not able to repair the product.
Reply only if you have authoritative rights to provide me a solution instead of apologizing for the delay. I am not willing to take "please wait for a week or so" .

I have sent a product under replacement on Jan 7th, the company received the product on 16th Jan. Since then I am calling them everyday for the replacement and the deadline is for 14 days, they keep promising callback from supervisors and its 19th Feb now and I still have not received the product, few of the customer care rep tell that the stock is not available and they dont even have proper updates on the replacement.
Also they are not extending the warranty, nor providing refund or replacement.

Your ### company had taken more than 2 months for the product to be replaced in warranty. I asked replacment of my bluetooth headphone and you replaced it with wired one and its more than 1 month since i launch a complain for a wrong product being replaced.Not ### single response from you side ###.
If you have a such bad service dont write in product it self that we dont provide warranty.

Worst marketing and support

I had purchased two products of JBL headphones from its official website, one is wireless headphones and the other one is wired headphones. For wireless headphones it showed me Paytm cashback of 1000 rupees that is why I bought. I never got the cashback and for the wired headphones I got martial arts belt delivered instead of headphones. JBL is manufacturing karate belts also?? I never knew!! I have send multiple emails, they will call back in 3-5 days and they will say respective team will contact me, but no one will call, this happened for 3-4 months after delivery and after that they said, now it's corona pandemic we will resolve your issue after corona. It has been more than 8 months and no reply to emails nor I didn't get any calls. Worst toll free number always make you wait for long and finally it will get disconnected. JBL cheating on there customers in the name of offers!! Flipkart and Amazon was better place than JBL website.
