I bought an JBL true wires buds in Amazon.in on[protected].
I had a lot of issues with the product. and we went to nearest service centre to get it repaired. we got new product from the brand and after that, new product stops working and again we have been to the service centre located in Angola(523002) and they said, I have to contact the online support to get it repaired. and I contacted the online customer support. it's been a week and still I didn't get any update from them. kindly help me on this.and below is the ticket number that I raised on the online customer support.
