JDVVNL — CLAIM OF REFUND FOR ACCESS PAYMENT

Hi my account number is 1724/0126 under sub division code:AEN(O&M), Bidasar and office code provided is 3104310 and here i want to take your kind attention that i have received my electricity bill with arrears of Rs.16, 006/- on dated 04/06/2015 for Feb-2015 to may-2015 with bill.no.[protected] but my house is closed past many months due to we all in out of station and before this bill my all bills was already paid by time to time without fail by our responsible person and all paided bill copy i have with me and there is no arrears suddenly your department issuing this much of bill with arrears without checking any records this is not fare and when going there and asked they not replying correct and told me to pay before due date so i paid the full bill amount with un-necessary arrears of Rs.16, 006/- with bill.no.[protected] dated 06/06/2015 without satisfaction so i request you to kindly take prompt action immediately on this issue and check your all records and do refund my all access amount without fail as an earliest as possible and reply me mail me soon my e-mail id is: [protected]@gmail.com and m mobile number is [protected] for your correspondence and hope yout good office to do the best and earliest. thanx.
