I purchased Jeep Compass Limited Optional from LSC Autowheels Private Limited, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. 248002 on 17th August 2018. I am not satisfied with my purchase at all even after spending huge amount on this car. Below are the reason for the same:
1. All the lights front, back, fog lights are having moisture from the day 1. During delivery I assumed that due to car wash it is having moisture, but even after three days the moisture is not going and it is looking very weird. I did not expect to get this kind of service from such a huge brand JEEP. I am not at all satisfied with my purchase. I would not want to get it repaired rather I would need better solution for this problem. I do not want to get into the situation that the issue is repaired now and then later point in time it comes back again. I need permanent solution of this problem...it can be replacement of my car or whatever is best suited for me.
2. Another issue is the KM's shown on the meter when I took the delivery. Ideally the meter reading should not be more than 20 KM but for me the meter reading was shown as 70 km. I am not sure where was this car driven for 50 km's before delivering it to me.
I expect quick response from Jeep management and the response should address my both the concerns seriously with resolution. I do not want to mess up in these issue in future as well.
