4WD unavailable pop up on my dashboard

I have been experiencing 4WD unavailable on my vehicle. On multiple occasions, I have received the error code "4 Wheel Drive Unavailable, " prompting me to seek assistance from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the showroom.
During the two previous instances, the showroom informed me that the RDM tool kit needed to be replaced. I trusted their expertise and had the necessary work carried out. They assured me that the problem was resolved, and I resumed using my vehicle without any issues. However, I am disappointed to report that the same error code has reappeared after a mere three months, leading me to seek help from a different OEM this time.
When my vehicle was examined by the new OEM, they performed a thorough check of the service history and discovered that the required work on the RDM tool kit was not executed during the warranty period. As a result, I now find myself in a situation where I must bear the cost of this repair, despite it being unresolved previously.
To provide you with all the relevant details, I can attach the service history that I have collected, including documentation from both the original showroom and the subsequent OEM inspection. I kindly request you to review this information carefully and investigate this matter further.
Considering the inconvenience and financial burden I am facing due to the recurring error code, I sincerely urge you to look into this concern with utmost priority. I believe it is crucial for the service center to take responsibility for the incomplete warranty work that was performed, as it has caused me significant inconvenience and unnecessary expenses.
I kindly request that you provide me with a positive solution to rectify this situation promptly. Whether it involves covering the repair cost or arranging for the warranty work to be completed without any additional expenses, I hope we can resolve this matter amicably.

Engine vehicle shut down with No Torque

Brought my new JEEP COMPASS S MODEL in April in KHT PRIME SHOW ROOM YESHWANTHPUR BENGALURU . Since then multiple problems . First my left head light shut down with no reason . Then had twice engine shutdown with no pickup at all showing rt side yellow signal checklite . It’s been 6 days my vehicle is parked in showroom service engineer not able to diagnose it still . Never imagined so called JEEP VEHICLE will have this issues . Would have purchased Hyundai or Innova rather at the same cost

New jeep compass purchased from lsc autowheels pvt ltd dehradun just after delivery there is checklite for engine in showrrom they said it will goes off after running the car in sometime but the checklight is still there they tried for 3 days from delivery date 10/3/2023 to 13/3/2023. this incident hamper my work also now they said leave you car for 3 more days to check the issue now am saying that u take your car back and resolve the issue and give me new car so that i can resume my work

Sensors not working properly since the time of purchase of SUV
We have purchased Jeep Compass from Nanavati Surat on 8th April 2022.
Since the time we had purchased the vehicle, there is some sensor buzzing noise we are experiencing while driving(parking sensor, air bag, updating, service Hill Hoder etc...) Sent our vehicle 2-3 time at the service center in the last 2 months, but they are unable to diagnose the issue...
despite keeping the vehicle for 2-3 days every time, we are not getting any solution on the same.
As They are not able to diagnose and correct the problem of sensors, request the Jeep Management to replace the Jeep Compass at the earliest...
Also in the 1st month of the purchase we noticed water accumulating in the Headlight of the Jeep. Though which was rectified by the service center. i fail to understand, how come In The Brand New Vehicle of reputed Car manufacturer develop such defects.
I Request the Jeep Management to replace the Jeep Compass at the earliest, as the service center is not able to diagnose and correct the problem of sensors,
Again I request the Jeep Management to replace My Jeep Compass SUV at the earliest.

Jeep Meridian booking refund
Have done pre-booking for Jeep Meridian with confirmation of getting refund in 7 working days if I would like to cancel .. refund of 50000/- will be processed
Booking done with landmark Gurgaon dealer and refund request submitted on 19th May 2022 .. still not got my money back … No reply from CS head Nidhi Puri ..

Fuel pump problem after 35000km - concern
I’m jeep compaas user. Facing fuel pump problem after 35000 km. Got it changed from nagpur workshop with lot of difficulty. They charged me rs 45000/- for changing pump. If it is that costly thing then it should be covered in warranty for at least 5 years.
Please look into the matter sincerely as I as customer is troubled due to non availability of workshop at jabalpur.

ABS issue
I have been driving a Jeep for the last few years and have had a horrible experience. In 4 years, I have had ABS (parking break sensor) issues thrice. Once you have that issue, you can not drive your car faster than 20km/h. I wonder if you have this problem once you go for a long drive. This problem cropped up within a month after servicing was done. So I will suggest going through all the reviews before I decide to go for the Jeep Compass. I am also apprehensive whether the issue will rise after the 5th service since this time I have given my car with that issue and also for servicing.

My Jeep Compass limited plus (KL08BU7003) who we were traveling on for 2 days
from Karnataka to Thrissur (places in india), on reaching kannur(a place in between karnatake and thrissur) at 5:45 pm we stopped for a tea break for less than 5 minutes, when we got back to the car the car wouldn’t turn on. Due to covid we couldn't get a waranty extension on my car Jeep Compass. Now whenever we send our car to the car service center they are charging us expensively. Just a week ago when we sent our car to general service they said they insisted on changing the timing belt to 75, 000 saying it is mandatory charged us with Rs.45000. 1. Jeep Life app is not tracking nor updating. It worked for initial 3 months
2. Wireless car play not working.
a. Every time we have to reset and make it work. We have done the software update, and company tested and verified the Car play feature. Still we are facing the same.
3. Post software update the touch screen options are lagging to a great extend .

After purchasing Jeep compass with in 2 months "Car Tracking Device is not working"
After purchasing the Jeep compass top model within 2 months I am facing an issue with "Car Tracking Device" and lodged a complaint on 27th of October, now today it is the 23rd of November issue still open. No solution I have received.
Today when I did the follow-up I came to know the device has been delivered and the new story is that it will take another 10 days to activate, now in this 5G era can you believe, to activate the device it can take 10 days ??
Really bitter experience with Jeep India. I have a Maruti & Hyundai. Their service is 200% better than the so-called Global Premium SUV Jeep.
Today when I did the follow-up I came to know the device has been delivered and the new story is that it will take another 10 days to activate, now in this 5G era can you believe, to activate the device it can take 10 days ??
Really bitter experience with Jeep India. I have a Maruti & Hyundai. Their service is 200% better than the so-called Global Premium SUV Jeep.

I am complaining about build quality of my car jeep compass
These are main complaints of my car jeep compass (2018):-
- Suspension problem within 30, 000 km.
- AC problem from starting.
- Company Tires degradation due to poor alignment.
- Vibration in cabin.
- Poor visibility of headlights.
- Poor quality spare parts .
- Changed full front Suspension, full AC with intercooler, all the brake pads and discs ...and much more.

Jeep Compass limited plus 2019 April model
My model of car is 2019 April jeep limited plus top model with Sun roof it has done 48000 kms.The clutch of car has gone too hard that it started with pain in my knees and back, this problem started at 40000 kms approximately but now clutch has got so hard that it, s not able to drive, so
I have sent my car to WSL automobile private limited chandigarh for service and they told clutch and pressure plate are gone and demanded Rs 30000/- approx but my car has got extended warranty of three years .Last time when I send my car for second service to your same dealer, they got the alignment done and charged approx 2000/- which is almost three times the price from local market .After second service within 2000 kms my car front two tyres got totally damaged from one side and for which I placed the complaint to your dealer and they got the alignment done again but for this bad workmen ship It costed me 22000/-as I have to get two tyres changed.Now please do needful to get my cars clutch plate rectified because it’s bad on your part as the car which is costing 25 lakhs on the road but the clutch plate n pressure plate Acc to your dealer have to be changed which is not a good part of your company .
If for high end cars like Jeep Compass clutch and pressure plate has to be replaced in 48000 kms, sorry to say no body will trust on your product ( my car is on extended warranty for which they have charged extra money ). we pay extra only to be on safer side but when problem come they start giving different excuse. I have already suffered lot due to tyres alignment problem in last service due to your dealer workmen ship, for which it has already costed me 22000/- as I have to get 2 tyres replaced

Air conditioning is not working

Am having jeep compass registration number GJ 1 RZ 0093 I having issue with air condition and repetadely asking for help from service center @ahmedabad but there is no response at all and its pathetic service.
As as a custmour I don’t belive that jeep India have this kind of facility and you are American company so have trust in you but its failed you are the same as other company in India
This very low standard of your company this is my second experience with this I have earlier issue with tyre but it not working
So I don’t know where to go so will raise the complain in costumer protection against you if you didn’t slove this

Poor after sales service

I had bought a new Jeep Compass from KHT Jeep Yashwantpur, Bangalore and would like to raise the undermentioned complaints.
1. Absence of TR.
The car was handed over to me without the Temporary number plate .On being asked by the sales Rep Mr Guru I was assured that it's not required, however I was challaned 3000 for the same by RTO Kerala on 22 August.After numerous calls and mails I was assured by Mr Jagdish and Mr Ravi that the same will be refunded to me, however it's not done till date.
2. Refund of Fast Tag amount.
Being a Defence Personnel I am exempted Toll Tax.Despite Clearly mentioning that the fast tag will not be required by me, the dealership has held the same amount (750rs) with them.Been more than 40days, still not refunded.
3. Welcome Kit not yet given till date.
On the day of purchase, was assured a welcome kit consisting of Caps, Tshirts etc would be parcelled to my residence as the dealer didn't have them in stock.Till date the same has not been dispatched
4.Additional Charge to make HSRP plate.
The dealer is asking for another 3000Rs to install the permanent number plate onto the car .But when checked with other branches of Jeep in Bangalore it was confirmed to me that no additional charges should be charged as its included in the handling charge of the dealer.
After checking from other companies like Hyundai, Tata it has come to notice that the plates are to be fixed by the dealer for free, but the charges being asked for the same is clearly not justified.
I have had a very bitter experience from Jeep so far as being a customer of a premium brand the least which is expected is promptness and timely feedback.I have felt like I have been cheated throughout the process of the purchase of the vehicle.
Even for the insurance of the car the initial quote given to me was 80k.However on comparing from other insurance companies I realised that i was getting a better deal at a much cheaper rate.When the same was communicated to the dealer, they immediately brought down the rates to 60k.
It just feels like they are trying to make a cut in every possible way.
Thoroughly disappointed.Still Hoping for a better response.

Engine damaged at 50000Km

May 2018 purchased Jeep Compass Limited (Diesel) from “Landmark Lifestyle Cars Pvt.Ltd.
Registration No. UP16BV4179,
Regularly serviced at dealer's workshop at Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi. Last serviced on 20/11/2020 at 42000 KM also changed Clutch Plates etc.
Thereafter at 50000KM engine noise, vibration & missing observed for which again went to the same service station on11/08/2021. They changed “Elastic Pad transmission mount” and recommended for change of “Clutch Flywheel”.
But the problem aggravated as any body with a little common sense can say that what they are suggesting has nothing to do with the problem so I have no choice but to go to GoMechanic workshop.
They found the engine oil in very bad condition, according to them the car has never been serviced nor the engine oil or filters have been changed ever. Hence the engine got damaged, I had no other option but to get the Jeep repaired by them. I have spent around Rs. 350, 000 on this Jeep.
Although as you can check with the service records that the jeep has been sent for service regularly at the dealer’s workshop.
Therefore I would request you to kindly get my Jeep replaced.

They found the engine oil in very bad condition, according to them the car has never been serviced nor the engine oil or filters have been changed ever. Hence the engine got damaged, I had no other option but to get the Jeep repaired by them. I have spent around Rs. 350, 000 on this Jeep.
Although as you can check with the service records that the jeep has been sent for service regularly at the dealer’s workshop.
Therefore I would request you to kindly get my Jeep replaced.

Improper Temporary Registration and Refund of Challan

Had purchased a Jeep Compass from KHT, Yashwantpur Bangalore on 18th August 2021.The car was delivered to me without any temporary number plate.On asking the sales rep about the same he confirmed that only a "Regd" sticker is required.However I have been challaned 3k for the same., After numerous calls and emails( to the sales rep and head of the branch) I was given the assurance that the challan amount will be refunded to me as the fault is clearly of the dealership . Despite numerous calls the same has not been done till date. The Challan was given on 23rd August . Lackadaisical attitude and sheer unprofessional shown by the dealership.

Clutch kit repeated damage

I own a Jeep Compass limited edition in 2018, vehicle no HP89 7788.I had to get the clutch kit changed in Jan 2021 and spend an amount of 55000 though the vehicle had traveled only 8000 km.Now again the clutch kit is damaged and requires change.Clutch kit has a self life and generally requires change after the vehicle has travelled more than 30, 000 km.On going through info available on net l came to know that Jeep Compass 2018 model has issues of clutch kit and head lights.And can’t pay the technical glitche in vehicle due to manufacturing.My vehicle is with Jeep Okhla service centre since 31st August.Kindly get the clutch plate changed and instruct the service centre manager to deliver the vehicle at the earliest.

The Landmark Gurgaon workshop said we are sorry we do not have a New battery in our store to provide.
The road side assistance is saying we will not jump Start your car as we have already done it twice.

Worst roadside assistance and service for Landmark Moti Nagar Delhi
My Jeep compass is just one and a half year old and suddenly today[protected] it was not getting started in the morning. I immediately called FCA road side assistance (RSA) toll free number[protected] and asked for help. They appear onsite after two hours with some local mechanic guy who has carried low power battery and could not jump start the vehicle. They said we cant do it and just left. I again called RSA and informed the same. They said they have to tow the vehicle and beyond my imagination the tow van came after 4 hours after multiple follow ups. The vehicle was delivered at service center around 5:30 pm (the whole day has gone).
This is about RSA but I cant understand how such a brand model battery is dead within one and a half year?
The response from the dealer (Rupesh Pathak, GM) was as usual, that they have delivered me new car, but I have a doubt that this is a old car which is being delivered to me as this is not only one instance I have faced another problem with this car that my door window panel and switches were stopped working within a 6 months of purchase.
I urge FCA to take proper action against my queries and do needful.
I am thinking filing a case as well against FCA if I dont get proper solution.

My cousin bought a jeep compass from Dealer landmark . ..the vehicle was submerged under floods in the month of July 2021 at the dealers workshop in bhiwandi... Now that we don't want the vehicle as it may create a lot of issues, hence we are demanding from the dealer a fresh vehicle...but the dealer is not cooperating & is still insisting that we take the vehicle that was submerged under water...

3.on 12the june clutch pad burnt and gear was not functioning in middle of busy road.again somehow managed to save ourselves.
within 8 months of purchase RSA had to tow the car twice to sent to service station . i refuse to take back the car and asked for replacement.
now its almost 1 month there is no confirmation fm jeep as well as from dealer and they are asking me to take the defective car.
