We havebooked the car 25 days back and were promised to give the car within weeks time. after doing all bank formalities and loan approvals it was promised to deliver the car within 3 days again 10 days are passed and they do not have any confirmation of delivery. when we told we donot want the car now as you have delayed it too much, they said we have to pay processing charges which is unfair as the delay is from their side. can we take any action against them Was this information helpful? |
