Due to covid we couldn't get a waranty extension on my car Jeep Compass. Now whenever we send our car to the car service center they are charging us expensively. Just a week ago when we sent our car to general service they said they insisted on changing the timing belt to 75, 000 saying it is mandatory charged us with Rs.45000. And after the service is done we went to get back our car by the time we reached our home the engine started to vibrate now they are saying it is due to some wheel under the gear box and charging us yet another 45, 000 rupees. I belive that because we didn't get our waranty extension they are charging us by naming different problems. I brought this car for 21 lakhs and I think after the accumulation of the money I paid due to change of spatial parts and other things I might even buy the same car again. Due to covid many works were on a pause so they should have waited till we got our waranty extension instead of saying it is impossible and charging us on many things. Was this information helpful? |
