Dear service team
I Ardaman Singh owner of Jeep Compass Registration No.HR10AC 1918 had sent my car in your service centre for below faults :-
1. Sensor light error showing in speedometer which you have done three times before but error still pending.
2. Sometime power steering is not working properly and shows sensor error.
3. I have request replace/purchase of rear shocker to Mr.Saurav Mobile no.[protected] many times but he always promise me one or two days you will get and now he replying I never talk to me about this.
I am fad up from your poor service quality. (enclosing photographs)

Poor service
I gave my Jeep Compass car for the service yesterday (July 29, 2021) to the authorised Sky Moto service centre in Pune through a pick and drop facility. My car reached the service centre at 10.11 am. There was no communication till 6 pm. I was concerned as the car was supposed to be returned after the service around 6 pm. When I called, I was told that it will be done tomorrow. Which was a big surprise to me. I had to go through all anxiety in the morning for my meetings today (July 30). At last, the car reached my home in the afternoon today with charges of over Rs 14000 for a basic service. And I was shocked to see a completely uncleaned car both from inside and outside. The service advisor had no answers for the delay and other issues. How do I believe that the service has really been done? In my twenty years of owning cars from different makes, this was my worst experience. Those who want to buy a Jeep in Pune, please be aware of service issues.

Worst Service & Harassment from Jeep Authorised Dealer SKY Motors Pune
Dear Team,
We wish to bring to your notice about the worst experience and harassment as a customer we faced during our servicing of Jeep Compass Car. We had opted for servicing of our car for paid servicing at 60, 000 KM at Sky Motors, Akurdi, Pune on 11 June 2021. Few indicators were flashing on dashboard so was in need of Servicing. Service team said it’s a case of Rat bite, so the car was sent to Body Shop for insurance claim. Its been more than 40 days the car is with Sky Motors Body Shop team without any prompt feedback from Sky Motors end nor any kind of follow up. I have been calling multiple times to address the issue.
I want to raise few points that seem highly critical for me and need a valid explanation from Jeep Company side for the same.
1. For more than 40 days there were no updates from Sky Motors end and no active response. No line of action was communicated and no updates were shared for delays.
2. When such a delays were happening, why were the parts not ordered in Vehicle off Road (VOR )?
3. Four sensors were replaced, out of which only 2 have been claimed under Insurance with reason of Rat bite and 2 sensors in paid service without any customer approval. On what base has this happened? When we asked TATA AIG Insurance Surveyor Mr. Johnson (+91 [protected]) why all sensors are not covered in insurance he said only two were damaged. Then why other two sensors are changed in paid basis without customer approval?
4. Most important when the car was handed over on 11 June 2021, the battery was in good and working condition and no battery issue was raised by the Service person. And now after 40days when car is supposed to be delivered Sky Motor Body Shop team is saying battery needs to be replaced? When we asked for Battery need to be replace report when vehicle was with Service Team no reply was received. Why wasn’t the battery issue raised on the first day itself? OR are these add ons on added just like that for the sake of it.
5. Interior cleaning as mentioned in the invoice as WUERTH CLEANING charges have been added without customer approval. Are these cleaning services are mandatory or Dealer is having authority to do it without customer approval on chargeable basis ?
6. After 40 days when we called for Car delivery both the head lights have fog in them and shock absorber of boot door is hampered (not working properly) which was also in good condition when vehicle reported workshop . This indicates that the vehicle was kept in open condition in this monsoon weather or the car has been used roughly or in poor condition in these 40 days.
We have not taken the delivery of the vehicle in this case. We were not even provided with Jeep compass co-ordinator contact details. Even no Jeep Customer Service Persons numbers are displayed in Customer Waiting Room.
Please take immediate necessary action and do the needful .
We have already had nightmare experience and do no wish to further see bad service to loose trust in a reputed brand like Jeep.
This unexpectful poor performance for servicing has lead to doubtful faith in the brand.

Jeep compass clutch breakdown twice

My car got stuck on hill station 3 days back due to clutch freeze while driving... Anyhow we saved but the pressure continues as we were with small kids and elderly parents...
We got road assistance and got repaired the car in Mohali jsl automobiles and after receiving the car just after 200 kms again the car got stuck and same issue clutch freeze...
Again same procedure and same harresment... Very very disappointing need to compliant to the company and need compensation for so much harrasment and expense incurred during the trip and loss of time and business... I want to accelerate this matter higher...

Hi Similar problem with my Jeep Compass Model-S Diesel. Issue started right from day one while i was driving it home. I reported for this issue, after couple of days they took my vehicle to servicecenter Gurugram and next day said its all good, while coming to my home to deliver it to me it again started showing same warnings. Again they took it for few days this time with a confirmation that it'll replaced if this problem arise again. Again the very next day it rained and i got all those warnings and it was not even starting and i was stuck in rain along with my wife and kid drenched in water wating for RSA for more than 24 hours to take custody of my vehicle, that too after almost 100 calls. I need my money back as i have been given a faulty vehicle. 2021 Facelift is with Tag line "It can NOT go anywhere". They must correct their tag line by introducing a "NOT" in it.

In my vehicle boot is not opening for the last one year. Repeated queries with VTK automobiles Chennai replies with the same answer no spare part. Now (30.06.2021) the vehicle is in the service station of VTK for the Battery replacement within warranty period they are dodging for the past five days. My vehicle no.TN21BE9163

I had my service yesterday 24/06/2021 from Celica kolkata at Dhapa road. Jayanta Das was my service advisor. After servicing was done I just left the service centre and noticed that my music system is not working properly. I immediately called Jayanta and informed him then he said, we have updated your system hence it will be fine after few minutes. But today also the problem is happening. I am staying around 250 kms away from the service centre and he knew that but now he is saying you come to workshop we will fix it. Is it possible for me to go to service centre again??

Pathetic service by dealer
US is a nation that is not known the world over for the best nation not just for the heck of it. we believe in it and also the products that are coming from there. US is also the only nation besides a few who respects its soldiers all over. I happened to buy Jeep Compass Model S 2021 few days back from Bhasakara Automation Pvt Ltd, Baroda, Gujrat, India. the response and feedback from them had been nothing less then piss poor pathetic. I know in India we have a tendency no matter which ever international brand and what repute and discipline it stands for here in India we surely don't value customer satisfaction. before the delivery of the vehicle which ia luxury here, on which I paid Rupees 30 lakhs. I got no service deserving to an Army Officer buying a luxury vehicle. I was promised mud flaps, floormats and a stupid car cover. the standard and quality of what was given to me is utmost befalling. also, the dealer promised me for so called coating on the car. the same was also shoddily done resulting in me personally washing and wiping the car should not happen. I have a 09 year old Audi A6, on which I got this ceramic coating done and the water just glides over it. the service I get even now from Audi is simply superb. I requested and spoke to the dealer but noting happened. he is trying to explain a 44 year guy about the coating. today I went to another jeep showroom where they laughed on the benefits offered to me and they could have done better. in addition, I checked the jeep authorised accessories and none of the items like mud flaps, mats etc are what is on the offing. the Bhaskara dealer has offered me the cheapest and poor quality items. I am disheartened and totally put off by the Jeep franchise here. I feel I would have gone for any other brand I am sure I would have been treated well and would have been respected being a soldier. I would therefore request you to kindly interfere and ensure such incidents don't happen with anyone else for a car that is as it is overpriced for what it its offering. I believe in name and the history associated with it. that's the reason I went for it and not Toyota or Audi brand. thank you.

U said you will take care and nothing happens from your end until your side
I think at least you People will solve it but nothing happens
That showroom guys ( jeep, deedi Trivandrum) are such an irresponsible and unexperience people they can't find any complaints until now
Is this is the way of attending a customer is this is your service utter shame
Is this is your high quality material used in manufacturing
All the sensors are complaints especially steering, Abs etc
We buy car for our use not to lay in garage

Battery died in 3 months its life in Jeep Compass
I bought jeep
Compass limited option in March 5 2021, in 3 months time battery is dead..even i drive my car atleast every week, last i drove on Tuesday 18th May 2021 and when i wanted to drive on Saturday May22nd, 2021after 3 days . it didnt start and battery was dead, I called the road side assistant it was started by using external battery jumper 2 times. then finally started. I did complaint on toll free number 4 times nothing happened .. this is ..really ...very bad.. nobody bothered why battery was dead in 3months even when car is being driven every week.
I am waiting for logical answer from the team and replacement of battery.

Fault in newly bought car
Hi!
My name is Atul Kumar and last month I purchased Jeep Compass Limited addition car from WSL. Mohali.
I bought this car by my wife name.
We run the car only 600 KM.
But Yesterday when we were trying to start car than it was not responding. Key was not functioning.
It look like that battery got discharged. Anyway we have called the WSL Mr. Brar and he told me that this might be a small issue and he suggested to call us Road assistance.
I called them and I got a person to visit me after 4 hour and he bring with him one old type of battery.
He has given supply with jumpers and try to start the car but all failed than I have told hi to replace battery from my Linea car to Jeep and when he did than the car started.
We kept it on for 15-20 minutes and again when I try to put it on gear and than it again stopped and didn't start.
Service person told that either Battery is damaged or Alternator is not charging. So Car has to be towed to Service station.
Imagine it that you bought a car one month ago, Car only covered 600 K.m. and you paid full amount and they are telling that Car has to be towed to Service station.
It look like that WSL/Jeep has sold us a second hand car in the new price of car or replaced some of its new parts. I feel like cheated. A lot of harassment and pain. Being a loyal customer of Fiat I bought this car.
Service person also told that a new charged battery can run for few days even if alternator is not charging.
It is very clear that Dealer has not checked the vehicle before delivery. Battery supported till charge last.
Three days before we start and went on a trip and parked it in garage.
How a new car gives this type of problem ??
This is my mail to keep you informed that this is happening with the loyal customers.
Till now we have not received the bill from the WSL Mohali, they told us that please take the vehicle and they will deliver us the bill.
My parents are very old and they got tense immediately, they are really worried due to this.
I am listing the calls from yesterday and no one has given me any proper answer.
Everyone is trying to escape from this problem. It seems that I didn't bought the car, it seems that i bought the package of tension and harassment.

On Sunday evening while traveling with our family near Aditya Birla Hospital, Chinchwad Pune, vehicle was suddenly stuck on road due to Axel breakdown due to this another vehicle passing through dash our vehicle. There was heavy traffic on road, & almost 2-3 hrs we are moving traffic to save from further incident.
Now almost 10 days passed still car in Sky Moto service center waiting for further approvals of insurance & manufacturing team.

Very bad response from KP automobile ranchi
I bought a Jeep Compass in October 2017 from Rukmani automobile patna Bihar. BR01DJ6400. Initially I had no problem but after the work shop was completely closed here I had to take my car to KP automobile ranchi Jharkhand for service. My first year experience with them when I visited Ranchi was bad last year when they changed a lot of engine parts and changed me a heavy amount saying that it had to bear by me because I drove the car to them n gave me the car after paying heafty amount and that too after 2 months. Again I sent my car for routine service this year on 16 January and again they changed me heafty amount. I received my car on 4 th March. While returning my car broke down on the way n had to reach anyhow to Patna. You can check all the bills. The car is heating up even when I start it n all the coolent came out. I reached out to them but no action was taken. I am a reputed doctor in Patna but I regret of buying this car n even the insurance company even though I had taken 3 years extended warranty. I want fine to be imposed upon KP automobile ranchi n full compensation for mentally n financial tourchering me. I even I want all the expenses beared by me for my professional work taxi for 48 days they took n giving me a incomplete worked car. I am unable to send my car again and bear a hard earned money to them. Kindly take strict action against the service centre and return my car back to your company 🙏🏻 I am about to file a complaint against the company and the service centre. I hope that no one more gets troubled by your car. I had recommended this car to 4 of colleagues but they also have complained about the problem. Please anyone reading this review please don’t let your hard earned money go to this company. Strict action against the service centre n nothing else is acceptable to me. Dr konark kondilya. Overcharging for key replacement
I lost my car keys and reached the authorized dealer for its replacement with new key.
One person informed me cost of INR 15, 000 per key, another said INR 30, 000 per key and another informed INR 60, 000 for the key.
Basically, the set up is to rob the customer since they are stuck with car and will pay forcefully. Jeep can ask for any such obnoxious charges.
Beware all future buyers. I have suffered consistently with poor quality of the car and poor service.

Difficulty in maneuvering gear lever of Jeep Compass suddenly

Since yesterday i m feeling my gear lever very hard to operate and maneuvering reverse and first gear is very difficult. Even after pressing clutch completely. I have bought Jeep Compass PB10GW7182 on 20/06/2018 and i drove this car for only 20000 kms.It is very sad and disappointing that i am facing this problem so early just after 20000 kms. This is my fifth car and i am driving since 1993. I have never faced such issue with any car may be Maruti, Toyota or Hyundai even after 100000 kms.Kindly look into the matter and resolve as early as possible being a professional automobile company. I am a working professional and my business is hampering becuase of this and psychologically it is also upsetting me as new vehicle is giving such troublesome time.
Kindly fix this issue.

I have just received my JEEP for being in the service center for two days for replacing my faulty infotainment unit and was supposedly seen by them. It is in the same condition without any improvement or change. As a proof, i have attached a video taken a few minutes back after receiving the car to show the same condition as previously before giving it. It was expected with such trained personnel and engineers, the complaint should have been rectified but was not.
In spite of many class, complaints and multiple visits with evidence being provided, nothing materialised.
Also, earlier I was kept under lies and false promises from their highly trained advisors.
I plan to take sterner actions with legal ramifications to ensure my redressal.

Faulty vehicle provided

Horrible experience of buying this worthless vehicle (JC limited plus 4x4 diesel 2019).
On and off defect not getting rectified since 1 month of its purchase in March 2019.
Once changed fuel injectors and filter (2019). Now getting frequent admissions into their service center at Srinagar, but of no use. Engine malfunction light glowing most of the time.
4 wheel drive/different modes not functioning. Contacted customer care multiple times no help. What should I do next

Sensors failed and the breaks jam in the middle of road on the speed 40km/hr

Hi,
With in 20 days of purchase my Jeep Compass limited plus 4x4 sensor failed with break jam in the middle of road at the speed of 40km/hr fortunately non of then got hurt, now the service engineers are trying hard for more then 20 days to find out the solution and getting informations that they are waiting for some spares to come from USA,
If you count the days of ownership they are the actual owners (VTK jeep service station Kattupakkam, Chennai) coz I paid for the car and they are owning it for more then a month,
Since I lost hope in getting my car back and due to routine got affected heavily i have demanded full refund and compensation through court.

Defective car

Dear sir /mam,
In the month of july i dr r k choudhary decided to purchase a new car. I enquired online and got a call back from landmark jeep showroom moti nagar delhi and subsequently one person named paras an executive from same showroom came to meet me at my residence @ vivek vihar phase 2. After discussion with him and gm showroom finalised on jeep compas limited plus model..
I paid full amount of 25 lac in advanced on 27th july 2020,
Subsequent chronology of events are as follow
1. 27th july - payment made
2. 3rd august - car delivered
3. 5th aug, in morning car car didn’t starts, informed to showroom crm, and requested to tow away car.. Instead they send one technician to check the car however he could not understood what’s wrong so he decided to tow away car to showroom.
4. On 7th august (After 48 hrs of my complaint) evening towing truck reached to pick up car. Towing guy starts car, and it gets started, so he refuses to tow away a car as it can be driven to showroom.
5. Next day ie. On 8th aug driver came to pich the car and took car to showroom..
5. They (Landmark jeep moti nagar delhi) kept car with them for next ten days, with hardly any communication from their side, i kept enquiring but without any satisfactory reply.
6. They and car back on night of 17 aug 2020, when i received i asked for any invoice if they have changed anything in car - they didn’t have any. Also i mentioned in feedback form that i’m not satisfied with their work / repair - as steering wheel was making sound which was showed to the driver who delivered the car and same was communicated to crm mr asmit.
7. Despite my note of dissatisfaction i didn’t get any reply for next 48 hours,
8. By next 48 hours car again failed to start (Two incidences), first at red light (Got start after waiting fir half an hour) then in parking.. I requested to take car back.. Which they they took next day..
9. First time they changed something called ecl, this time they told there is some wiring issues.. And need to fixed / replaced..
10. Since this stop start this has happened to me thrice and one at red light (Which was scary as i could have resulted in accident/fight)
So i lost the trust on this car and for safety if me, my family and other passengers on road i requested the showroom to replace the car.. Because now i’m scared and can’t sit on that car again. Even at the thought of driving that car again, it gives me palpitations and ghabrahat.
11. It’s been day 53 since i made the payment and i’m yet to get car..
12. I’m a cancer specialist doctor associated with metro groups of hospitals as a group head - oncology and has to visit multiple hospitals to attend my cancer patients..
13. As i’m associated with delivering essential services during this covid pandemic and getting it extremely difficult to commute to attend my cancer patients. It involves money, more time, risk of getting covid 19 infection during travelling with taxis
14 since it’s almost two month now of this continues harassment now i’m disturbed mentally..
15. I’ve to attend and treat cancer patient which is tedious job (And it’s more demanding and challenging in this covid 19 time) so maintaining my practice has become more difficult as there is constant thinking about car /money in mind.

17. It’s 8 days since my last meeting as i’m yet hear anything from them, no mail, no call, no replacement car.. If this is not the torture of highest level than what else???
Therefore request you to please please look into this and help me get a new car in place of that defective car..

I’m disgusted with the post sales services provided by Jeep. While making a sales pitch the brand calls itself a competition with names like Audi & BMW but they don’t realise their spoiling it’s reputation. I picked up the vehicle on March 17’2020, in a matter of 2 months driver side automated seat adjustment panel broke, although it’s a SUV it’s ground clearance is so funny that it bumps on every spend breaker that’s higher than 3-4 inches. The right side tyre and axel already started making strange noise although I haven’t been out to off-roads or on bad roads due to the pandemic situation. My car has only done 1400km and I’m already regretting this purchase. I use to drive Hyundai Creta before - other than the regular servicing I never had to go to a service center with any complaint. The vehicle was flawless and truly a SUV.

Jeep compass diesel (O) up53da8445, purchase-nov2018, dealer-classic motors lucknow, driven-15, 000kms, complaint of front tyre bulge, bridgestone has rejected claim of any manufacturing defect seeing pics sent on phone. I have driven only on metal urban city roads and fail to understand what kind of external hit can cause a bridgestone tyre to bulge?

I brought a jeep compass and it had a very severe manufactureing defect within a year more than 6 times all major spare parts have been changed and last time the whole fuel system system got collapsed and the diesel was totally overflowed on the whole car and the car was suppose to catch on fire and blast but by god's grace i stopped the vehicle and ran away or else i would have been dead by now the most non safest car in india is jeep compass and on the same day i surrendered the vechile its been 3 whole months till now they are not responding regarding the vehicle replacement so please kindly accept this complaint and do the needfull

I purchased the jeep compass, within a year i was having problem getting the engine running.
When I contacted the authorised dealer from whom i bought the car, i was told that there is a problem in the battery of the car. So i got it replaced by the company itself. Now, after mere 4 months, it is to my utmost shock that the same problem is occurring yet again. My wife, who drives the car was stuck in traffic due to this for 2 hours last night. This is unacceptable from a company of such stature. A customer who pays the jeep premium expects and deserves the best service and that is not what we are getting.
I request you to get this matter resolved at your earliest convenience.

Disgusting service response, jeep compass dead from last 10 days!!
I am doctor using jeep compass since last 1 year and my model is limited edition 4x4 dual color model diesel version.
Otherday my vehichle suddenly does not start. Hence had to leave the car at my residence and went in a cab to hospital. I called emergency service number and a person came in the afternoon, almost 5 hours later. He told that a battery is gone and hence replace it. Since its 1 year old vehichle i called battery personnel from exide professional people who checked and they also agreed that battery needs to be changed. Hence got battery replaced and to my utter atonishment the vehichle does not start again. Then called emergency service people from jeep service and the same guy who came in the first instance came and checked. This time he told you should not have replaced battery and should have asked a new battery from company. I told him why he did not tell me in the first instance for which he did not answer. He said battery usually should last for 3 to 4 years and hence company should take responsible for this. Now he checked the new battery and new one was ok. Vehichle still not starting. He checked the vehicle again for one hour and then told will speak to main service and get back to me. After that no communication from him niether from jeep service people. Before going this service person told some sensor issue and he will intimate the main jeep service center. He did not bother to intimate or jeep service people did not respond i do not know. All these issues took almost 5 days and i was going on a cab.
Now i personally call jeep main service fellow [[protected]] and informed the same. He was casual and did not take any responsibility of the issue going on. When i told that i will share this information and sufferring from the jeep service, he was casual and said you can go ahead. Even after these conversations no one bothered to call me from jeep service. Now my jeep is “dead”.
Never ever will suggest anyone to buy jeep products after facing this type of service. We owned other brands of cars but never such pathetic servi ce.in one year major issue and no one is bothered.

I was provided a rs 15000 discount voucher by jeep india during may19 with a condition to purchase the vehicle during may 19.
I purchased the limited plus on 30 may 19 and i was told by the dealer that the voucher cash will be given to me with a few days. I approached the dealer national jeep jammu again and again but was told that the cash had not been received bu jeep india.
Then i approached jeep india during sep 19 and after few liaisons i was told that the voucher was in the name of your wife kusum and i can't get the facility of it.
The voucher did not mentioned any name on it and came to my number and and do i require a legal heir certificate of it if issued to my wife.
You are requested to kindly check and look into it and husband - wife are two sides of a coin.

breakdown of vehicle

Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because (It breakdown during driving, its sensor was not working. & now again facing a new problem in the vehicle side mirror is not opening. Although the sensor issue part was resolved during the last complaint.
I wish that this matter will be settled as everything that transpired has caused a great deal of stress and hassle every time on my part.
I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter soon.

I purchase a jeep compass & it have a very bad experience with jeep car.
It have so many problems like average is too low & company claims it 16km/ltr but it give only 7.5 to 8km/ltr, two times i take the car in service center for ac not not proper working but still same problem, central lock stop working, it two months horn stop working.
I make complaints many times but still no solution i spent 21.50 lc for the brand like jeep & i face big problems, i need to solve this issues

I got a Jeep compass few months back . My batteries are not working properly 24 *7 helpline person is saying u get your compass at company service center . service centre is 370 KMS far from me .it's too expensive .there helpline person should change it but they are not changing it .

spare parts complaint, call center issue
I met an accident with dog and this small accident the intercooler, condensor, radiator is damaged. So i take my car to dealer for repairing. But after 12 days waiting there is no any further actions they taken. Dealer told me that we ordered spare parts but since 12 days the spare parts are not received or dispatched from pune factory. Dealer's doesn't give any reply, so i lodge a complain on call center, but i surprised, call center is very bad in service and reposnse than the dealer. I never expect like this. Around 10 to 12 times i call toll free number but every time i got reply about your complain person is not available. We will arrange call for you within 15 minutes. But till now, call is not come. So reply me what should i do? I never expect third class service from jeep. I am very disappointed.
