I'm ratheesh r, owner of jeep compass (Kl07cn3989), met with and accident on 5th march 2019, 9.30 pm and called to the 24hrs helpline number but they told it will take 2hr time to reach there with a recovery van because of huge traffic block cops called a recovery van and i took my car to the service centre as per the guidence from the service head i went to the service centre next day morning, submitted all my documents including my original driving licence. After that in the next day, i called to the service head and enquired then told me car will get within 10 days. But there is no other calls came, today, when i called he is telling it will take another 10 days... I am really worried about my car and my original driving licence.
