I gave my jeep compass for bodyshop and they found that i have to change the right front door, first they dont have any parts available in workshop, even bumpers or name stickers at first they told me to deliver on 10th days, and they never inform me for the status of work, even if i ring they dont pick up calls. On twelfth day i went to workshop and they told that they had wrong ordered the door and received the back door. Now they are telling that they are again ordering for front right door.
I guess now i will receive my car after 30 days.in fact had lodged complaint in call center also but they are so stubborn and rude worthless service that i would suggest nobody to buy this brand of vehicle, for the information the workshop is in city ranchi jharkhand Was this information helpful? |
