Jeevanjodi Matrimonial — cheating complaint against matrimonial website.

Dear sir,

We are parents of a girl and looking for matrimonial alliance for my daughter since last few months.

Also we have registered on some shaadi websites, after paying some fees.

However we came across one incident yesterday which is very alarming and damaging the reputation of innocent parents.

One lady contacted to my wife's mobile ([protected]) and mentioned that she is from jeevanjodimatrimonial.com website and she has received 'fairy khan' profile and she will arrange alliances.
The mobile no she was calling is [protected]

My wife refused and my wife enquired how she got our profile plus photo? She said she can download easily from shaadi website and it cell and everything is visible?
First we could not believe. She already sent 2 good profiles matching our girl's requirements. We are sure she copied from your website. We have attached them for your investigation?

Next day on sunday 8.12.19 she again called up and said that boy's parents accepted our profile and she will share their mobile no, once we pay rs. 3000 regn charges. Again we were not ready. But she called up 3rd time and assured that she is like our daughter and their agency is running from 25 yrs etc., etc.,
Finally my wife convinced and we paid online transfer of rs. 3000.

Then she shared one no imtiyaz parents? No is [protected] and when we called no response? Later from true caller we found out that it belongs to somebody om prakash singh?

Again she sent another profile of mr. Afroz, and she gave another mobile no: [protected] when we called up no response?
Again no is coming from true caller as 'sitara bano from up. Showing different no: [protected].

For sure this is fake and it is a scam, kindly escalate urgently and find out why your information is leaked out?
Our girl s profile privacy is in doubt?

Pls escalate to your team leader and sr. Manager and arrange to take strict action in this regards, and catch the culprit.
