Jeevanjodi Matrimonial — Scam

I made my profile with the intention of marriage on Jeevansaathi Matrimonial App on 11th March 2023. On the 2nd Day, a jeevansaathi agents called and did a verification where he asked me to upload an identification proof.
On the third day, a person named Mr. Aman Oberoi texts his number and says that he is interested and I shall text him back if Iam interested too.
He shared his number (Phone no. o[censored]nited Kingdom) +44 [protected].
We started chatting, over a period of 10 days he used his charm to completely brain wash me. He expressed that he was completely ready for marriage. He said that he had a conference in Dubai for 1.5 weeks and after that he shall come to India with his mom. As it would be difficult and expensive for him, he would be coming directly from dubai to India while his mother will be coming from UK.
As his mother is old he will be sending his luggage(4 bags) via courier to India to me.
He sent voice notes in which he mentioned that he is sending 4 bags containing some official documents, clothes, shoes and some gold jewellery that belongs to his mother as a part of her small business that she runs.
Upon this I had doubts and was suspicious as to why somebody sitting abroad would send gold to somebody he had'nt met. But he convinced me.
The courier company used was reliance delivery company.
On 24th March 2023 I received a call from a lady named Anamika. She said that she works in the Customs department and the luggage has reached customs but has valuable stuff in it and I need to pay Rs 32, 900 to start the customs procedure. I called Mr. Oberoi and paid the amount as he took me into confidence. I received a second call from the same lady stating that the bags have exceptionally valuable items like branded clothes, laptop, phone and gold and I need to pay Rs 97000 as insurance and International duty stamp. I was shocked and taken aback. I called Mr. Oberoi and had an argument about why he did not tell me all this before sending the luggage. He expressed that he did not have an idea that it would cost this much and his mother had forced him to send all the items. He also said that he was not able to concentrate on the seminar and I should help him out. I told him I needed to talk to his mother to which he hesitated and said that Im using a VPN in dubai and even if he texts his mother, she will not reply immediately as she is old.
From the entire conversation, despite being slightly suspicious, I still paid 97000 rs to help him out. But after an hour or so I received a third call where the same lady told me that the bag has 40, 000 pounds and I need to pay Rs 2, 40, 000 to get the bags released from the customs. Then I was absolutely sure that this was some kind of scam and I didnt pay the amount. Upon not paying the amount both the lady and Mr. Oberoi blocked me Whats app.
