I am a active user of Jeevansathi aap, although I haven't received any suitable match over here, therefore I haven't buy any membership plan. Jeevansathi team has deleted my profile without any communication or call, all my details was updated in this platform. This is really a harassment and disappointment for me and my family.
Many families are creating their profile with a feeling of trust and believe that their data is safe and secure, if anything need to be change Or discussed, Jeevansathi team is expected to connect with the family via mentioned contact no or mail id.
It is not at all fair and justifying that they are deleting any profile without family concent, this is a kind of Breach of Trust and Customer confidentiality. And showing undue power of deleting any data of any customer without any notice and discussion.
They are playing with customer sentiments and family expectation. It's only focus is to earn money without providing any services.

* Not many suitable profile as per mentioned criteria.
