My profile id is ZWTU8599, have availed membership plans so many times but couldn't get a perfect match till now. Recently have taken membership plan on Jeevansathi, but again i am not getting desired profiles.Daily recommended profiles are not provided .Although there is a feature of profile booster is available in my current plan but still my profile visitor not increased.After taking membership it seems as if my profile got saturated, no proper match no profile visitor no interest received.Not satisfied with your customer service team too.Please reset my profile, do the required changes and provide all the benefits of membership plans. Kindly do the need full, expecting full support from Jeevansathi in getting desird partner as its already been so long searching for match on Jeevansathi.com

Thank you for writing to us. Being an online portal, please understand that responses would depend on how you are operating the profile by remaining active on the site. At first, you should ensure to set My Desired Partner so that system can recommend you profiles as per your liking. All such system recommended profiles can be found under the ‘MATCHES’ tab on the homepage.

You can set the criteria for your partner search from the section My Desired Partner . System will recommend you profiles as per your criteria on a frequent basis (subject to availability of profiles). If you ever decide to change the partner preference, the system will accept the changes and start showing you refreshed matches immediately. You may always review and change the preference, as per your own choice or liking.
For 'Just Joined Matches', please note that out of the profiles appearing in the list, there will be a sorting applied. Let’s say If you are checking your ‘Just Joined Matches’, those profiles would appear up in the order (prioritized) where more details of your own profile match the Desired Partner Preference of the other member.
