Jeevansathi Internet Services — My account got deleted in name of rule violation

I don't know why my account got suddenly deleted without any notice or something. I just got a mail from JS saying that my ID is deleted. I tried to contact JS customer care, and the operator said, "Sir, don't worry, we will restore your ID." Just provide some check documents, like your ID proof and all. even though I shared my all relevant documents. Then they said, "Sorry, we can't restore your account; it's under suspension." I don't know what's going on, even though my intention is very clear that I am here for marriage. I even shared my documents to prove that I am not a fraud and all. So it's my request to restore my ID, which is VZVT6811; even though I am a paid member, I am still suffering to get help regarding my account.
