My Email ID being used for a Fake profile

Hello,

My email ID is being used without my permission on Jeevansathi.com. Probably for a fake profile (ID VXRU4773)

Suspended profile not restored

My profile was suspended citing proofs of marital status, age, education etc...i replied back with email and all proofs attached regarding marital status, education, address, age etc...when will be my profile restored??...

Your Profile ZYVS7482 has been deleted due to terms of use violation

My profile (ZYVS7482) was deleted without any intimation or any investigation. I was not informed in any manner.
I'm following up with them. This is completely unethical on their part to do with their customers.
i am in communication with few member but suddenly i am.not able to acccesa it. pleaae help as i have purchased membership and now i see my profile deleted

My profile VYTY9081 is deleted

My profile got deleted without any prior consent and my profile was a verified one.
I had been asked to submit documents for my identity, and I did send them to [protected]@jeevansathi.com as asked.
No response from them even after sharing my documents on priority.
The customer care number is of no use as it is never answered or lands you to anyone to help

My account got deleted in name of rule violation

I don't know why my account got suddenly deleted without any notice or something. I just got a mail from JS saying that my ID is deleted. I tried to contact JS customer care, and the operator said, "Sir, don't worry, we will restore your ID." Just provide some check documents, like your ID proof and all. even though I shared my all relevant documents. Then they said, "Sorry, we can't restore your account; it's under suspension." I don't know...

My profile (VYTY9081) was deleted without any intimation or any investigation. I was not informed in any manner.
I sent all the required documents. This is completely unethical on their part to do with their customers, being such an esteemed platform.

My Profile XSWR6661 is wrongly suspended from the Jeevansathi app. I am a paid member having e Advantage membership. I have already shared my Aadhar, pan, passport, qualification details and employment offer letter but have received no response for last one week. This is completely unethical means of doing business and I would like my profile to be reactivated immediately.

    Wrong Deactivation of profile

    Hello My profile ID is XSWR661 my profile was deleted despite of me sharing all the verification proof such as Aadhar, pan, passport, education qualification degree, employment letter. I have already sent email to [protected]@jeevansathi.com multiple times, however there has been no follow up and my profile still remains deleted. I feel so cheated by Jeevansathi as I am a paid member and paid more than 12k to avail their e advantage member services....

    Please reinstate profiles YYRW4101, WWSY3515 ASAP!

    We have 2 JS paid profiles linked to the same phone number (WWSY3515 - profile of our son & YYRW4101- profile of our daughter).

    2 days back, you had temporarily suspended both of our profiles. We have since given ALL proofs desired.

    Profile suspended without reason

    I am a paid member on jeevansathi portal (WVSZ7665) they have suspended my services and asking me to give few documents.
    Now even after providing them documents, they have not resumed my services, there has been no replies from their site, there is not customer support.
    Horrible services wouldn't recommend anyone...

      I'm a paid member, but still my services are suspended. I already submitted my documents but no one help me to restore my services. I requested for a call back, but no one called me back

          I’ve already complained for not being able to operate my jeevanasathi account it displays you’ve exhausted limits of devices while I’ve not logged in from any devices at present. I bought premium before 20 days and at present my time and money both are getting wasted

            Fraud id and cheating

            A profile by the name of Ajay gupta id WVYA5419, was made by a fraud person, he mentioned in his wife that he is widowed, he lost his wife before few years and he is looking for remarriage, but his wife is alive n he is living with her, his wife is not aware about his fraud. He is in reputed government job ( pwd department Govt of Rajasthan) . He is cheating women and playing with their emotional, making false promises and trying to molest...

              Firstly my account had a paid membership...and these guyz were just not updating my profile pictures...i requested them by complaining about the same issue on msg for almost 2 weeks and suddenly they deactivated my account from jeevansathi and said the required documents are not there ..where as i submitted all of the documents to them ...what an irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour is this ...so disgusting ... what the hell is happening?? what you guyz are doing??

                I took jet exclusive plain from Jeevansathi. First they we have suitable partner for you and can give details once you take the Membership.
                Before, taking Membership I shared all my preference with them and they told they have lots of groom in my caste.
                After I took Membership, they told me that you have to see in other caste as we don't have suitable match. They made false commitment over the call.
                I raised the same complaint in jeevansathi and they didn't respond back.. It has been more than a month..
                Now they are just stretching the days, so that my 3 months Membership is completed.. Assigned a relationship manager who is no where giving any response nor working on my profile, everytime saying one thing that we can give you in another caste..
                I need refund of my amount as no one is working on this..
