My profile is temporarily suspended without any reason

I had a verified and paid Premium profile on jeevansathi..for no clear reason it is suspended and blocked leading to a lot of personal trauma and embarrassment for my family. I also ended up loosing my matches with whom we were willing to take things forward.

I have shared all the required proofs again and have been repeatedly following up with them for an update but no avail.

Blocked profile without any prior intimation

Dear Sir,
My Account (XYZY4085) blocked on 6.12.2021 without any intimation. I paid my membership charges and its valid upto 25th May, 2022, then how they have blocked my account, I tried many times on Customer Care No., but customer care no. Is not connecting and they are telling contact on emails only. I emailed four times on their e mail, but no response from their side.

My profile was deleted for lack of documentation, I submitted the document 5 days back and received confirmation that profile will be activated in 2 days time

Profile is not activated, customer care is not responding neither on mail or calls

Activation of my jeevansathi account

I'm not able to open my account and its says it has been deleted. When I called the customer care number they are saying quality assurance people have deleted my profile. My Jeevansathi id is ZTTW3885 and it's a paid account.When I asked the reason, they are saying for violation of the rule. One guy has been irritating me over call and sending me messages from many numbers when I started ignoring him. I din't like him so was ignoring him....

My eadvantage (Paid for next 6 mnoths) profile was active until yesterday evening they removed my profile all of sudden. These guys kept on calling me to get membership day in, numerous times even when i had filed complaint for refund which was due to their unprofessional service and pathetic service. These guys promised me refund in 7 working days but now it has been more than 10 days.
