Hi, My name is Archana Bakshi. I had taken a paid membership. I was able to login into my profile (profile I'd yrav4162) till yesterday but today it is showing me a message that no mail id exists. May I know why I am not able to login? Kindly give me a call back and resolve the issue at the earliest. Please reinstate profiles YYRW4101, WWSY3515

Dear Team

We have 2 JS paid profiles linked to the same phone number (WWSY3515 - profile of our son & YYRW4101- profile of our daughter).

2 days back, you had temporarily suspended both of our profiles. We have since given ALL proofs desired.

Both of profiles are totally genuine and going through our documents shared will make you realize the same. In case you require any further proofs, we will be happy to share!
