Hi, My name is Archana Bakshi. I had taken a paid membership. I was able to login into my profile (profile I'd yrav4162) till yesterday but today it is showing me a message that no mail id exists. May I know why I am not able to login? Kindly give me a call back and resolve the issue at the earliest. Please reinstate profiles YYRW4101, WWSY3515

Dear Team

We have 2 JS paid profiles linked to the same phone number (WWSY3515 - profile of our son & YYRW4101- profile of our daughter).

2 days back, you had temporarily suspended both of our profiles. We have since given ALL proofs desired.
