I am complaining in regards to my jeevansaathi profile-ysau6790.
My eadvantage (Paid for next 6 mnoths) profile was active until yesterday evening they removed my profile all of sudden. When i called customer support their answer was "since you created multiple profile we have deleted all of your profile and it cannot be retrieved or the paid amount can't be refunded"
Before moving forward i just want to clarify: i was completely unaware that i should not create multiple profile.
Now my questions to the jeevansathi is:
1. If i was creating multiple profile, were they waiting when the customer pay some amount then we will delete his profile?
2. When someone doesn't need to create multiple profile even after deleting their existing profile, why system allows to do so?
3. If system allows anyway, then the agent who calls me and ask me to go for a paid profile, doesn't he/she check if i have one profile or two?
4. If they doesn't check and simply ask to go for a paid profile, where the customer fault?
5. Even if jeevansathi decide to take such strict action they must have to inform the account holder via email or phone and then only they should only block the profile instead or deleting.
6. Their intention is to connect the people with each other, how someone will connect if you guys will delete their profile if they lose all of their mutual acceptance.
7. How someone like me will create a profile either for me or my relatives if you guys will break my confidence.
In short, i am feeling cheated by jeevansathi and unfair treatment.
