Jeevansathi Internet Services — Want to reactivate my account

Hi Team,
My account with name(Alankar singh vishen) I had deleted in December 2020 for an year due to some personal issues (option which I chose while deleting was hide for an year)
It has been 3 days since I wrote to jeevansathi but apart from acknowledgement with ticket no 1615775 which I had received immediately, no action or reply has been made.I tried contacting from your website live chat option there the concerned person Mr Mayank straight away rejected that after 14 days account can not be brought back.
But quite contrary I still remember when was deleting it asked me to hide the profile for 1 year option which ended up opting. My question is if it can not be recovered why ask this option to hide for one year.
Other thing I looked for similar profile recovering queries here on consumer complaints forum there jeevansathi internet service has responded with affirmative that it can revived.

Why there is double standard in response when directly made to you from live chat and when made in the form of complaint on consumer forum !!

But now even after 3 days of my mail, I have not received any mail from their side even though their standard response time is 24 to 28 hours, for which Mr mayank (the person from from chat online jeevansathi finally advised me to wait for resposne of my mail when I told him about ticket no 1615775 which was received immediately after mail.
please see the mail snapshot as well as the chat I had with help.

kindly help me to get my account recovered as I have seen here on consumer compaint forum similar queries getting resolved.

We regret the inconvenience caused and the late reply to the email. We checked your profile (YXXY7269) and found that it has already been deleted on 22 December 2020 by your side. Please understand that the deletion process is permanent in Jeevansathi, and there is no option to hide your profile for 1 year. It's just why the application asked you the reason at the time of deletion of the profile. As per the process and T&C, a deleted profile cannot be retrieved after 4 months. Please visit our website at www.jeevansathi.com and create/register a new profile with the same email ID if you want to continue with us.

If the deletion is permanent then why at the time of deletion you guys have made a provision of pop up with checkbox to choose with showing dubious message hide the profile for one year, letting us believe that profile can be retrieved !!
