Jeevansathi Internet Services — Wrong Deactivation of profile

Hello My profile ID is XSWR661 my profile was deleted despite of me sharing all the verification proof such as Aadhar, pan, passport, education qualification degree, employment letter. I have already sent email to [protected]@jeevansathi.com multiple times, however there has been no follow up and my profile still remains deleted. I feel so cheated by Jeevansathi as I am a paid member and paid more than 12k to avail their e advantage member services. Please expedite the process to recover my account. Besides my phone number for calling, too has been banned by jeevansathi customer care so I cannot even call them to discuss the matter and resolve it or create a new account.
