Since my father downloaded jeevansathi app their customers executives everyday twice to thrice called him to take their subscription as that subscription provide contact details of brides so he can contact their parents directly my father is an old retired man who don't understand phone and apps much that's why he clearly mentioned them every time about this also that he don't know sending interest and chatting their when every. Customer executive assured him that their subscription provide him contact details he go ahead and do the subscription and also on the subscription details the first line says this will provide contact details nowhere they mentioned that their is some function exist in their app that you can hide your contact details nor any of their customer executive mentioned this to my father even he said clearly that all he want is the contact details because he can only call parents only else he don't understand how to operate apps when the he successfully subscribed to their till marriage plan almost all the profile hiding their contact details so the purpose of subscribing is almost similar to non subscription he called customer care and genuinely tell them that as you have this function which i don't know anything please refund my amount because i cant send interest and can't chat they keep repeating that in our app this is a privacy option and didn't give any resolution i e-mailed them a lot explaining every thing but againthey don't want to listen their faults just keep repeating thay have non refundable policy their customer executive till the time my father didn't subscribe called day and night misguided him completely even after he clearly told them about what he want and they keep assuring him that he will get by subscribing their plan and even if they have such policy atleast they mentioned in a separate clause that you can only see contact details of the member who are not hiding contacts no terms and conditions mentioned their and also they don't want to hear the real problem I'm attaching photos of e-mails i sent to them
