मैने जीवन साथी पर प्रोफाइल बनाई थी पर वहा पर मेरी कास्ट RAO लिस्टेड नहीं उसे ऐड करवाने के लिए में पिछले एक महीने से शिकायत कर रहा हूं लेकिन मुझे कस्टमर केयर से ठीक से जवाब नहीं दिया जा रहा है मैने मेंबर सीप भी लिया है वहा पर उस पैकेज में लिखा हुआ था की आपको फुल कस्टमर सपोर्ट मिलेगा लेकिन मुझे किसी भी परकार की हेल्प नही मिल रही है

My Jeevansathi profile id is WTRY4507 . I have registered to Jeevansathi website today (19th June 2022) and purchased eRishta plan for Rs. 2300 and Kundli Milan for Rs. 549 . I paid total Rs. 2849 for both of these services. After that I received a call from Jeevansathi customer care executive. He told me about eAdvantage plan which was available at Rs. 3806 and asked me to upgrade from eRishta to eAdvantage. He asked me to pay Rs. 4355 (Rs. 3806 for eAdvantage plan and Rs. 549 for Kundli Milan) and he told me the amount of eRishta plan (Rs.2849) will be refunded to me after upgrading to eAdvantage plan . I have paid Rs.4355 through the link he shared on my registered email id. But after payment, I did not receive any refund of my previous plan. Also when I checked my profile, it is showing as eRishta member, that means I have not been upgraded to eAdvantage plan. I have attached payment receipts of both the plans and also screenshot of my profile which shows eRishta plan is valid till marriage and eAdvantage plan will be valid from 17 January 2120. Please either refund my eRishta amount and upgrade my plan to e Advantage or refund my eAdvantage amount.

I paid 12500/- for JS exclusive services but they did not provide me the service their advisor just showed 4-5 profiles and now they are asking me to upgrade for premium services and asking me to pay more.
I asked them for a refund but no response from their end either in mails or in calls every unsatisfactory services cheated me and instead asking me to pay more.

I have been trying to login to my account since past 2 hours it says that there is no such I'd but when i asked a person who had added me from jeevan Shati he mentioned as following "your account is hidden" while i was using Jeevan Shati I was kicked out of the application and couldn't login ever since then

I have provided enough proofs against the profile zyvy1508 . About her marital status and her age and her religion. You not taking my complaint seriously.now I have to take some serious action. I’m going to make complaint in cyber crime court. I tell them all the story and information as well.

I’m going to share registered marriage certificate of dr swati anand profile zyvy1508 on ur site some other proofs as well. This time take it like as professionals
. I mean I’ll take the complaint to cyber crime court. If you not ask her to change the wrong information or delete her account to your site .

Hi did complaint about profile zyvy1508 which on name dr swati anand is a fake account. She lies about her marital status . I provided enough evidence. As her dental license where clearly mentions her husband name her registered marriage certificate. Her adharcard . Some photo graphs of her marriage. But it seems like I have to take this report to cyber crime court. Because you have not taking it seriously.

As I given you all the information about profile zyvy1508 which is belong to dr swati anand is fake . She is already married.and awaiting divorcee. She is 33 years old and she is Hindu . She was married to sikh .as proof I’ll send you her dental certificate photo.

The profile I’d ZYVY1508 is fake of dr sawti anand . She was married before. She is 33 not 31 she hides her real age . She is Hindu not sikh . She was married to Punjabi guy she looted the Punjabi NRI ‘s . She is a fraud . She is dealing in multiple cases in delhi courts

I have received an email that my active profile has been deleted, paid plan was also opted for that profile. not sure why and how it has been deleted.
Will request you to kindly restore the profile with paid services. As a customer.
I will request consumer platfor to take the appropriate action against JeevanSathi

WUAW0499, This profile ID Account was deleted by Jeevansathi just after few days of buying subscription. Got a mail to send the verification documents which was already mailed atleast 10times. They have blocked my number so that I cannot reach customer care.

Request to refund the money or activate the profile

My profile ZAZY0994 is deleted without I even applied for its deletion, rather I paid for its subscription just a day back. Then why my profile is deleted without my consent?
Its strange and totally unacceptable.
Please restore my profile immediately ASAP.

WWTT3825 This profile has been deleted due to violation of service I was shocked to receive this mail kindly restore my account otherwise refund my subscription money or I will need to take legal action. This app not usefull money going worst..

My account was close in jeevanshathi without reason so please open my I'd otherwise return my money i was paid 5999 for this app jeevanshathi is not good app
