I have deposited phone to repair for accidental damage of screen on on 25 june 2019 they have sent me confirmation sms to receive device on 27th of june. Till now 27th july has been passed. The customer care of jeeves not providing me the claim status of my phone they have not repaired my phone yet not they are telling me how many days would they take to repair my device that customer care is telling me that backend team would call me but they never called me in one month they say sometimes that they don't have any kind of information about the claims they are not replying emails. My i have bought this phone from flipkart with complete mobile protection plan flipkart is not helping me out as well please help me regarding the issue Was this information helpful? | |||
