Date of the incident: 6th august 2020 Full description: my laptop is under 2 years extended repair plan (Purchased from flipkart along with the laptop). I am following up with them since 6th august but the repair is still pending. They say that they will assign a technician for on-site visit within 48 hours but it has been almost 1 week since then and i am yet to see the technician. Multiple calls were made but resolution is still not in sight. Desirable resolution: technician should be assigned for on-site visit so that laptop can be repaired asap.
