[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — charges for extended warranty | |||
We bought vu tv in august 2018. When jeeves engineer came for installation they insisted on taking extended warranty so we paid 3499 for 2 years. The warranty period started from august 2019 and in october 2019 our tv stopped working. Jeeves people attended our complaint. There was an issue of mother board which was irrepairable. So they sent. An email for refund after deducting depreciation for 1 year. After severe follow up tv was picked after 15 days and then refund was given. I had query for refund of extended warranty charges as it is. Of no use to me Was this information helpful? | |||
